スタッフがとても感じよく親切。レセプションはほぼ女性スタッフで　そのため　ソフトな対応。毎日観光から戻って来てフロントスタッフの顔を見ると安心さえする。言語が堪能で非常に優秀なスタッフだと思う。朝食も品揃えが良く美味しい

　ベッドが安眠を考えており最高だった。 ロビーには、コーヒーやカプチーノ、カシューナッツも無料で食べることができました。 中心部にほど近いです。 受付の人たちもプロです バスタブはになかったです

Nice hotel!

3月に女一人旅で2泊しました。事前にバスタブのある部屋をリクエストしたら、手配してくださいました！部屋にはコーヒーやポットはないですが、ロビーに自由に使えるコーヒーメーカー等ありますので、部屋に持って行きました。また地下にはウェルネス施設でサウナやがありました。 ホテルは町の中心部にあり、空港からバスでアクセスが簡単でした。また国会議事堂やクルーズの船場も歩ける距離です。朝食は同じメニューだったので、連泊すると飽きるかもしれません。

一番はスタッフ。全ての従業員が気持ちの良い対応で、安心感がある。また、ロビーや客室も寛げる空間となっていて、滞在中は心身共に休めることができた。どこへ行くにもアクセスも良く、空港間100Eバスの発着のDeak Ferenc terも近接。またここに戻ってきたいと思えるホテル。

今回はロケーションでホテルを選びましたが、大正解でした。町の中心部にあり、観光名所には概ね歩いていくことができます。 施設も清潔で使いやすく、サービスも行き届いていて、全般的に快適でした

大変便利な場所にあり、助かった。清潔感も問題ない。スタッフがとても親切です。

ロビーのカフェコーナーは良かったですが、暑い日が続いていた為、アイスキューブや、冷たい飲み物が充実していると良かったかな、と思いました。

Our stay was amazing! We were 4 Norwegians on a business trip, and the hotel had everything we could want. One of us is in a wheelchair and the accessible room was super nice. One big bathroom and one small in the same room. The bed was super comfy, and the staff was very friendly.

Extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful staff. Gorgeous hotel, lovely seating area in the lobby with complimentary tea and coffee. Great hot and cold choices at breakfast. Our room was on top floor overlooking the Basilica- absolutely stunning. Huge, super comfy bed, easy chairs, coffee machine, tv, safe, complimentary wine and large bathroom & shower.

Great location, modern and spacious room, clean, great breakfast and helpful/friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central base for a trip to Budapest.

Great location for everything, easily walkable but metro nearby if needed. Beautiful entrance and building. Staff super friendly. Rooms lovely and room facilities are exactly what you need. Breakfast was okay, plenty on offer, just not my sort of thing but that shouldnt stop you. I would recommend this hotel

Loved everything!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Moments Hotel. Location was great, rooms were lovely for a good rest after walking all day. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great would totally come back again

Perfect location. Excellent service and lovely room with balcony. Such a lovely gesture to have a birthday gift of fizz and chocolates left for us.

The hotel is in a fantastic locations, about a 8 minute walk from where the AirPort Express bus drops you off. Close to a lot of the major tourist attractions like St Stephen's Basilica. The room is modern and clean. There is a sauna onsite - definitely worth a visit. The breakfast in the morning is great, lots of options and very tasty. Very friendly and helpful staff who can make recommends on where to eat.
