1人で利用しました。。写真通りの可愛いお部屋で受付の方もとっても親切で4日間気持ちよくすごせました。ただ壁が薄いので隣の部屋の話し声は全て聞こえます。場所は駅近くですし、レストランやパン屋さんもたくさんあります。ほとんど部屋にいないならおすすめです。

リニューアルしてとても綺麗になったレアール駅のすぐそば。ホテルの近所には夜遅くまでレストランやバーが空いていて、人通りも多くて比較的安全。 ホテルから徒歩10分以内にスーパーも多く、飲み物や食べ物の調達には苦労しません。 ホテルのある一角にはケバブやサンドイッチを売る店が朝早くから夜遅くまで複数あって、８ユーロ払って朝食を頼むよりいいかも。 ホテルの入口はGoogle Earthで外観と周辺の感じを確認してから行ったので、赤い看板がすぐにわかりました。 ホテルのオーナーらしきご夫婦は愛想が良くて親切でしたが、夜番の男性は良くも悪くもない感じで愛想は無いけど特に問題なし。 ホテルにチェックインする際にTAXの説明があり、一泊あたり0.99ユーロ取られると聞いた。これはエクスペディアでは初めての体験ですが、フランスではどのホテルでもそういうルールなのだろうか？ ５泊したので、約５ユーロをチェックアウトの時に支払った。 部屋は狭くて寝るだけですが、ロケーションが良いので我慢。部屋のセーフティーボックスは前の利用者が間違えてロックしたままなのか、開きませんでしたが、面倒なので特にクレームはせず。 建物が古いので、清潔感を求めるのは厳しいですが、宿泊料金と比較すれば妥当でしょう。 泊まった部屋にはバスタブは無かった。申し込んだときと写真と違ったが、部屋のタイプが複数あって事前に指定できないのかもしれない。 妻と２人で泊まったが、ベッドはセミダブルで少し狭い感じ。良い意味に捉えれば新婚時代を思い出せる。 シャワーは節約タイプのシャワーハンドルなので、湯の出が弱い。でも、冷たいということはなく、贅沢を考えなければ、普通にシャワーを浴びることはできる。 冷蔵庫が無いので、食品を買ってきて保存するのは厳しいが、買い物に便利な立地なので、買い置きの必要がない。 最寄り駅のレアール駅はシャトレ駅ともつながっていて、その他の地下鉄路線の駅までも、ホテルから楽々歩ける距離で観光には持ってこい。日本と違って地下鉄の駅はひと駅が１分くらいで、３駅くらい歩くのでも散歩感覚。ホテルの立地と地下鉄路線を照らし合わせみれば、様々な路線の利用が簡単で利便性の良さがわかってもらえると思う。 がっつり観光しに来たカップルさんにはお薦めします。

This small hotel quaint hotel operates in a very old building full of character. It’s a simple but comfortable and spotless clean. It’s located in the lively heat of Les Marais, bursting with restaurants, small shops, and people. I absolutely loved it!

We were a little bit unsure of the hotel prior to arrival. The bathroom was a little small, but overall such a cute historic hotel in such an amazing location. Walkable to almost all attractions! Staff was amazinggg!!

We had a lovely time staying at hotel du cygne. It was easy to find from the Metro station and in an incredible location with access to all major Paris landmarks. There was no AC in the room but a very powerful fan so it felt cool and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and always available if you had questions. They spoke in both French and English. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Close to eateries. Small but comfortable

The hotel had a lot of charm, but besides that, the staff were so friendly and helpful; every one of them. That makes a big difference when French isn’t a language you speak. Also, they were always cleaning which showed that they cared about the hotel and the guest’s experience.

Cute little hotel; but no elevator in the hotel. Very loud at night when sleeping on the street side. Right above a "goth" shop with crazy loud music.
