中心地より少し離れておりますが、静かで見晴らしが最高でした。

スタッフの対応が悪い

中心地から離れた場所にあり、移動にはタクシーかUBERを使った方が絶体良いほどの登り階段の上にある。ローケーションが良いと口コミにあったが泊まった部屋からは4階の一番低い金網越しの町並みですごく残念でした。ロケーションを期待するなら4階は避けた方が良いと思われる。部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすい。ルームサービスは値段ほどの味は期待できない。スタッフは英語も理解してくれいいが個人的に総合しておススメ度は低い。

日本のテレビが見られて良かった 中庭が雰囲気ある

設備は新しく快適に過ごせました。高台にあるので中心部まで、行きは歩いて行けますが、帰りは急な坂を上る元気がなくて、毎回タクシーを使いました。タクシーを利用しても安価ですし、すぐにタクシーに乗ることができたので、中心部から離れてゆったり過ごせて良かったです。朝ご飯も美味しく、スタッフも親切で、またクスコに行く機会があれば利用したいです。

清潔で快適だったなう

とても清潔で、お洒落で、アメニティ、インフラも充実していました。夜中に子供が低酸素で辛くなったときも、すぐに酸素ボンベを持ってきてくれました。

Nos encanto nuestra estadia , nos acomodaron en connecting rooms cuando lo solicitamos y nos hicieron sentir super bienvenidos y ayudaron en todo. Las habitaciones limpias y modernas , estuvimos muy comodos.

Breakfast was fresh. The staff was very responsive. When we wanted to travel to a place near Cusco, or any place to pick medicines from, they had good suggestions to offer.

sobre el aire acondicionado, ellos tienen programado para que funcione solo 2 horas, me queje y ahi aumentaron a “14 horas”

Nice hotel located not too far from the city. Great amenities and breakfast choices. The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for families.
