スタッフの方が分かりやすい英語で説明してくれました。マチュピチュに一泊するため荷物を預けたのですが、スムーズに手続きできて安心しました。

中心地より少し離れておりますが、静かで見晴らしが最高でした。

スタッフの対応が悪い

中心地から離れた場所にあり、移動にはタクシーかUBERを使った方が絶体良いほどの登り階段の上にある。ローケーションが良いと口コミにあったが泊まった部屋からは4階の一番低い金網越しの町並みですごく残念でした。ロケーションを期待するなら4階は避けた方が良いと思われる。部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすい。ルームサービスは値段ほどの味は期待できない。スタッフは英語も理解してくれいいが個人的に総合しておススメ度は低い。

日本のテレビが見られて良かった 中庭が雰囲気ある

設備は新しく快適に過ごせました。高台にあるので中心部まで、行きは歩いて行けますが、帰りは急な坂を上る元気がなくて、毎回タクシーを使いました。タクシーを利用しても安価ですし、すぐにタクシーに乗ることができたので、中心部から離れてゆったり過ごせて良かったです。朝ご飯も美味しく、スタッフも親切で、またクスコに行く機会があれば利用したいです。

清潔で快適だったなう

とても清潔で、お洒落で、アメニティ、インフラも充実していました。夜中に子供が低酸素で辛くなったときも、すぐに酸素ボンベを持ってきてくれました。

Property was well maintained and staff was excellent.

The people at the front desk and restaurants were so kind. Set up on the hill, so the walk back from town square is a little difficult. Uber drive was only 12 sol, so it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast buffet had a great variety and our lunch à la cart one day was delicious!

Debería mejora la vista de las habitaciones que dan al costado, levantar una pared verde o hacer un mural , parecen los techos de chapa destruido de una fabela. O avisar que tienen esa vista . Por suerte el personal del hotel fue muy amable y me cambió de habitación. Y También q el personal avise a las habitaciones del piso 3 cdo hay una fiesta de 15 o algo así.

The Hilton garden Inn is a good place. The facility is nice and the staff super friendly. The breakfast is good but nothing exceptional.

The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey and the options didn’t seem to be worth the price

Beautiful hotel and room with wonderful view of Cusco. The staff were excellent. We had requested early check-in and Angela provided it without asking when we checked in. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A really lovely and unexpected touch was the lovely fruit plate that was delivered to our door in appreciation for our business. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn Team for making our time in Cusco special!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn! Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners — a great variety of delicious options, all beautifully presented. The staff truly stands out for their attention to detail. A very special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise prepared in the room for my husband — it made our stay even more memorable. We also really appreciated that oxygen tanks were available upon request at any time, even during the night. The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests’ comfort and safety. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to the city center, local market, and supermarkets. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, classy, professional and very polite and kind staff.

Very nice and helpful staff, they went above and beyond. Excellent room and amenities, good restaurant. Near the Main Street and close to main square but fyi is at top of the hill so to come back to hotel from square is straight up hill. Very good stay we enjoyed it and would come back!
