At the Check in, lady was rude and not helpful. Requested room next to the elevator bcoz of my disabled son but nope. She gave the last room of the floor which was very far from the elevator. Rooms were clean and spacious. Best part was the comfortable bed, which was siper soft. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Less budget hotels can have better Breakfast than this. If charging around $200 per night than give good breakfast. Very small breakfast room and bare minimal breakfast items. Never had this kind of poor breakfast paying such a roomrate.

Close to the state park and downtown Mount Morris.

The hotel was lovely, the room was spacious and clean and we loved the pool and hot tub! Staff was friendly and attentive. We had a lovely stay.

The staff was wonderful. We got there a day early and they worked with us to get a room across from the one we reserved earlier so all we had to do was roll our things across the hall the morning of our reservation. Very quiet and comfortable

The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean. When you walk into the room, it does have an unpleasant smell almost musty. The room doesn’t have any artwork on the walls so it’s completely bare, felt like a dorm. The shower drain was awful, drained very slow. You can hear music and the TV from the rooms next to u so walls seem thin. Continental breakfast was ok, don’t think it was real eggs they served. It looked like the eggs in a fast food breakfast sandwich. But other than that it was fine for one night. The staff was very nice!

Stayed here overnight by for a Bills game with my husband and son. Very clean, friendly staff, and the free breakfast was nice as well. Go Bills!

Needed a place to stay during a road trip. Nice hotel! Clean and had everything I needed.

A very affordable and convenient hotel to visit Letchworth state park

This location seems like a relatively new build. Everything is pristine. Small hotel but lovely staff who are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple but adequate to get you going in the morning. Would absolutely recommend this location. 10 minutes to Geneseo, quick and easy.

Great pool and hot tub. Spotless hotel. Nice hot breakfast. Employees friendly, helpful. We will be back.

The property was very close to the entrance of Letchworth State Park 👍. The hotel is clean. The room is spacious. We could heard conversations from the next room and door slamming by other guests. As a whole, it is a good hotel.

They had an excellent breakfast with lots of options.

Very quiet. Very comfortable beds and nice room layout. Very good free breakfast provided. Only complaint was had trouble finding help at the front desk for questions and to check out

Friendly staff, clean environment

Not far from the Moto Track we were going to Sunday morning and a pool and hot tub to keep the kids occupied on the rainy day before!! Lots of food and quick shopping close by if needed. Would definitely rent again if I’m the area!
