This hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The reception staff was so welcoming, and the homemade breakfast was delicious and delivered with kindness. Our room was upstairs and had a gorgeous view of the green fields, and rivers and mountains in the distance. The room had a fireplace (we didn't use it) and a tub with shower in the room. We drove 10 minutes into Baie St. Paul for dinner, as the restaurant was closed the night we were there, and found many great options.

We stay here regularly and love it. The rooms are beautiful and many have balconies overlooking farmland and the river. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They serve a small buffet breakfast that's quite good. The restaurant also serves a delicious dinner. They have a really nice patio. There are common areas that you can use for working or hanging out. The place is super clean and well maintained, although the building is a bit on the old side and there is no AC (if that's important to you). We love it and will continue to go back.

Beautiful view of the st. Lawrence river. The room was super clean and the owner provided fantastic service. A full breakfast was included and was delicious. Dinner was also available each night which was convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this old inn. We had dinner and breakfast there. It was really good. Comfortable room and the owner was sensitive to our needs, kind and warm.

Tel bel endroit. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentionné. Belle chambre, lit confortable, bain et foyer au bois très apprécié. Très belle vue de la chambre supérieure. Déjeuner très bon. Tout était parfait, nous y retournerons!!

Court séjour pour affaires. À part le brouillard qui nous a empêcher de voir le fleuve, tout était bien.

La chambre avec la vue sur le lac était magnifique, l’auberge en elle même est adorable, quand on y entre on se sent directement à la maison. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour nous, ils sont tellement gentils, et leur petit déjeuner est bien complet.

L'accueil de Mathieu et le charme de l'auberge ont fait de cette halte en Charlevoix l'un des meilleurs souvenirs de notre voyage québécois… De loin le meilleur hébergement de nos 3 semaines, et le déjeuner est un vrai délice !

Hébergement magnifique et paisible. Charme total et la nourriture est fraîche et savoureuse. Clairement un beau petit arrêt à ne pas manquer sur votre route. J’ai adoré.

The free breakfast was complete, tasty and very filling. The views from the room were amazing. The waiter/cook/bartender/owner was an incredible host. His burger was one of the juiciest and tastiest I've ever had. The restaurant has a lot of other choices too. I highly recommend this place.

A warm and very friendly welcome from a dedicated and attentive host — and with a great sense of humor too! The only small issue was the door lock, which could use a replacement.
