Easy access to town and quite place to stay.

Good

The food is delicious and the service is excellent, the rooms was very clean, we definately gonna book again when coming back

No bottle water

Easy parking, quiet, friendly staff and Dining options

The check-in was quick n easy. The room clean with modern furnishings and fittings. Room is spacious. Will definitely book here again.

Excellent staff and always willing to help

very happy with my stay. The only drawback is the very noisy air conditioner - even on low fan mode.

Was good just that theres no fridges in t he room . And i had long stay

Our stay at the lodge was wonderful. Access to the property is such that we feel safe together with our belongings. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately for three days I was without air conditioning due to power failure

Request for early check in was met with kindness as had just arrived on a flight from JNB and exhausted from the heat ... guest service

It was disappointing more especially with the fact that we intended to have a dinner in the lodge but the circumstances didn't allow us. We were told that the food was prepared for the group that was booked there...for us, this implied that we were less important than the group that was booked-in that same day. Then we opted to order from the Menu by contacting the reception, we were then told that we must come to the reception to order...for me this defeat ed the purpose of being in a Hotel/Lodge environment where you want to rest and relax. We ended up going somewhere else to get something to eat... Please forgive me for my ignorance if this is how your lodge operates...maybe we should have done a bit of a research...but it was a very disappointing night for us. we ended up leaving the Lodge at around 23h00 and went back home because we didn't see the need to remain there.

Wonderfull,i think you need to start changing those aircons especially after the fire 🔥
