電気は何度も止まり、水も出ませんでした。

ホテルはとても居心地が良く、スタッフは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切でした。まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。空港、リサール通り（ファストフードやドラッグストアが集まっています）、プエルト・プリンセサ大聖堂、ベイウォークにもとても近いです。市内観光を自分ですれば、かなり節約できます！タクシーの運転手も皆ここを知っているので、移動もとても楽です。また来た時は必ずこのホテルを予約します。

Staff are nice and the place is super cozy.

The place was really nice and clean plus the staff was also warm specially the lady who manages the hotel. For a cheap price, you get more than what you expect. We will definitely go back and recommend this place. 👍

Our room was nice and really spacious. Staff were friendly and informative on giving us directions on the places we want to go to. No hot water in the shared bathroom though. Overall we had a pleasant stay

Japan feels- Pension can easily be located since it is just along the road; a 5-minute drive to Cathedral and 7-10 minutes from Pasalubong Center to Orange P and it’s only 100php. We had the Standard room with BF and we were informed that their standard is a bunk bed, but they offered the queen bed with shared bathroom (just beside our room). It was clean and sweet-scented room. What I love about was their big mirror at the lobby. Wi-Fi was slow as expected. Plated breakfast as shown in the picture. They have soap and tissue but no shampoo, so better bring one. Staff were friendly. This pension is highly recommended for those who want to stay on a budget yet classy place and near to airport, pasalubong center, cathedral and bajao.

I was able to sleep comfortable. I enjoy it although there is always a mosquito and the signal of cable is not quite good. But in terms of location and comfort and hospitality specially the breakfast. I really like it. By the way the cr is sharing but still clean. It's near airport and located in town center and most of all cheap. You will not stay all day in your hotel. So if you are thinking for a budget wise and good location with free breakfast this is for us my friend. Thank you Keep safe.

The room is clean, the common bathrooms are clean but has very narrow space (toilet, shower and basin is just within your arms reach by simply standing in one bathroom tile). We asked one staff if there is a store where we can buy ice and he delightedly offered the fridge where we can place our drinks since there is no ice sold within the location of the pension house. However, after half an hour when the owner saw us getting something from the fridge, she immediately warned us not to use it. The room where we stayed is very noisy - trailer trucks, tricycles passing by. Breakfast served is just 1 piece of bacon that tastes weird. We even had a hard time to go back to the pension from SM puerto princesa because all tricycle drivers does not know the place. Overall the staff and pension owner/manager needs a lot of improvement in customer servicing.

フレンドリーなスタッフ。出発が早かったので、朝食の時間を調整してくれました。Wi-Fiの接続も良好で、銀行、飲食店、教会広場へのアクセスも良好です。

Nice and clean room but need to update your online booking partner to avoid conflict and inconvenience to your guest.

People in the hotel are very accomodating. The place is nice and homey. Will definitely stay again. A good place to stay because must see landmarks are just around the corner. ☺️

It's so homey. 😊 The rooms and the shared bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is also good, enough to fill your tummy. I also love how accommodating the staff are.

Over all it was great. The bathroom from shared to own, it was awful. It needs to be replaced. Visible dirt and stain. The rooms are very clean and accommodating crews. Thank you! We'll be back.
