A friendly polite greeting from lovely staff. Room was clean and as described. Noise from local road traffic and the adjacent public house beer garden did delay sleep due to thin glazing. Parking onsite was a challenge most evenings due to other venues using the hotel carpark. Overall a pleasant hotel

Thank you for a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. I shall use the hotel again 🙂

Great, cheap place to stay while I was working in corby

Nice hotel

Room was nice and clean but there was a strange smell when we walked in. Bed was OK although the room was quite warm during the night.

Mold in shower Noisy bar opposite

First visit a welcome surprise with amenities provided. Ensuite was bigger than my bathroom. Bed comfy. Didn't hear other guests. Ample storage space for everything. Clean soft towels. My only bad comment would be the cups provided, I prefer mugs of tea or coffee. But now I know I'll bring my own, no probs.

The room was very good and the bed was comfortable. Good supply of tea and coffee and the shower was excellent. On the other hand I hardly slept due to the constant drone from the bathroom. I thought it was the fan but it didn't appear to be. We were in Room 2. Shame really, it ruined the stay for me!!!

I have stay a few times at the Ritz Complex and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are brilliant and lots of places locally for food. Well done guys, see you again soon.

It was clean enough

The staff were friendly and polite the room was clean n big enough for me shops minute away pub 100yrds away buses into kettering Corby Market Harbrough at end of street for thoses that dont drive. Would recomend this hotel and would defenitly stay there again and its not expensive.

I had a wonderful stay at the The R inn the staff were pleasant n polite the room was bright and very clean transport links is on your doorstep

No staff on reception after 9pm so could not get any extra bedding due to poor quality of mattress we had to lay on top of the duvet and could only cover up best we could for two night's. All due to no one on reception after 9pm. The second night just a few minutes before 9pm when returning to the the reception was closed so we could not repot the issue as we had to leave the hotel before 7am. Also when trying to use the lift the door would not latch so it would not go up. After several attempts another guest came in and tried helping us but still we had no success. I then suggested that he tried slamming the door and after several attempts this worked. We needed the lift as we both have severe problems with stairs. It was still not working it the morning, it woul go down only. We reported this to reception when we were leaving the hotel. Further although Coffee/tea etc was provided in the room no sweeteners or milk was provided. I had to go out to buy the milk. Very poor service and we would not recommend using the place.

No food and no bar false advertisements. Please change

Nice location and a pity that they do not serve breakfasts. Futthermore the beds were tough. But is was clean.

Calm and quiet

Spacious, comfortable room with shower and bath facilities and private parking. Excellent value for money. Only minor complaint is that being in a room at the end of the hotel, the WiFi reception was not good.

Cost friendly. Ok for an overnight stay. Room was supposed to be a deluxe double which only means you have a larger bed (this was two beds put together so you could feel the job) I needed to do some work and the floor sockets near the desk would not open so I had to move furniture. Walls paper thin you can hear conversations from the ext room. Corridors smell of sewage, toilet bowl needs a good clean. Big disappointment that you cannot use the garden which would have been safer for a female instead of having to stand on the Main Street Others kept leaving the out of hours fire door open allowing public access therefore a safety concern.
