Hotel staff was very friendly however I wanted a microwave in the room so I was put room in a building on the property but not attached to the main hotel ( no lobby no vending machines ) it was across the parking lot!) the food in the hotel restaurant wasn’t that great also

Nice enough place, actually great for the price. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Our only beef, we were given rooms in a detached building and due to having our elderly uncle with us (in his own room), we had to drive to the hotel restaurant when we had supper and then breakfast the next day. We didn't realize it was a detached building until we had checked in and went to find our rooms. Yup, we should have gone back to registration and asked for rooms in the main building.

Upon checking in I was made aware that I was assigned a room in a different non-connected building because I booked via Expedia and I did not select a "premium" room. The room was clean but the window was cracked (top to bottom) and held in place by clear plastic tape. The tape was aged so this was not a new issue. The bed was firm with 3 or 4 pillows. The carpet was worn (but clean). The shower had good pressure and was very warm. It was just a so-so experience. The rooms pictured are NOT what I received.

Yes the room was clean , the staff were very good and accommodating, liked the placement of the room I was in with the vending and ice machine at the end of the hallway

Staff were very pleasant. The hotel was a bit outdated, wallpaper was peeling and the the cupboards were well worn. However rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had no issues with our stay at all. Location to downtown was perfect without the huge price tag. We came in for a Hockey game and it was a less than$10 uber to the arena.

Staff in reception was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and very warm. We dropped the temperature to 17C but it was still at 20.5 this morning. And we back onto some fire hall so the sirens woke us up a couple of times during the night.

Our door wouldn't stay closed and our toilet didn't flush. Room was dingey

Receptionist was not friendly at all was more concerned about being on her cell phone, also we had kids next to us that were loud at night and early in morning. The rooms had a towel on window cause of draft .
