The room and amenities are great. We are unsatisfied because of poor wifi internet connection (as in super weak even google or facebook messenger doesn't work). Another problem, was their food service in their cafe/resto for the free breakfast. We waited for 1 hour for them to serve our food even foreign guests got mad for the very long waiting.

This hotel is very nice, I like the place because of its location near clark where we had an early event. Very accommodating staff, sumptuous food, and very good service. Also upon checkout they will give you a key chain as a token for staying in this hotel. But there is a secret that we’ve found in one of the pillow, maybe the cleaner forgot to check it! I don’t want to detailed what’s with the pillow but I have a picture of it. I will not give a highest rate in terms of cleanliness because of that, like what I said only in our room and I think the cleaner did not notice that also but I suggest to always check the pillow or change it if a new guest will use the room. I don’t know the rules in hotel in terms of their pillow but that’s only my suggestions. But overall I enjoy staying to this hotel and I will surely stay again.

Service staff are very nice and friendly

They gave us a connecting room, we stayed for 5 days for a romantic trip but it ended up bad, we don't have any privacy.

I only spent one night in Prime City for my business travel. The hotel is new and has a modern and tasteful design. They also have a small indoor pool and you can have breakfast by their poolside. Enjoyed my stay since they offered everything I needed; breakfast, wifi, helpful staff and most specially, a clean bathroom.
