快適な滞在でした。スタッフはとても親切で、話しやすいです。チェックインした夜に勤務していた警備員の方にも、細やかな顧客サービスに感謝したいと思います。彼は、本来の仕事ではないにもかかわらず、私たちの部屋のテレビのケーブル接続を修理しようとしてくれました。イロイロで休暇を過ごす友人や親戚には、アーバン・インをぜひお勧めしたいと思います。

This is a small but cozy inn. Wifi was good. I suggest you call the inn instead of booking online. I paid 2800 for 4 pax. I discovered that if I paid directly to urban inn I will only pay 2k and free breakfast for 2. See the difference

Staff are friendly. Located near LaPaz market where you can eat authentic batchoy. We received Dinagyang survival kits from them upon check-in. Also, they provided breakfast buffet for all their hotel guests during our stay.

The staff and the guard were all helpful. The room and the building are generally clean. Cons: there were small cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom. The air-con was also very noisy

The place is good. Ganda ng place. May tg iisang socket ang lamp per bed. Malapit pa sa la paz market and sm city. Medyo masungit lang yung frontdesk nila nung pumunta kami dun.

The comfort room is very clean. The staffs were all accommodating and nice to their customer. Highly recommended this hotel in Iloilo

We waited for 10 minutes para daw makumpleto and yet wala pa ding kumot for 2 nights though mahina ang aircon. Comfort room bowls are clogged, need to flush ng 3 to 4 time para lang mag sink.

We were expecting a bigger room for four people. only the receptionist is greeting us, other staff are not so friendly. when we arrived at the room, only one towel was given to us and no blankets. we had to request even though they knew that three of us are going to stay.

The room is big and clean. Worth the price.

Easily accessible, just a walking distance to Lapaz Market. It's also along the way, and beside was 7-11 if you need to buy anything. Place is also safe, room was all clean, approachable and friendly staff.

The room was nice. The best part of my stay was the bed because it was so comfortable.

My stay at Urban Inn is superb. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast is simple but delicious. It is very accessible. Kudos to the staff for being nice and friendly especially to Kuya Kenneth (their shuttle driver), he's very accommodating and you will not get bored when you're with him. Truly, I have experienced the so-called 'Ilonggo-hospitality' just by staying in the hotel.
