The room and bathroom fixtures looked new. It was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was a choice of hot or cold cereal, a selection of toast, muffins, and toastable waffles, yogurt, apples, oranges, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and a variety of milk options. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available all day.

Friendly staff, good location and clean hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. Mattress needed replacing and the a/c sounded like a prop plane cutting in and out all night. When the a/c wasn’t making noise, the noise from the next room was clear until 1am. Rooms need better sound proofing.

The lady at reception was mean in the mornings. She was starting at us eating breakfast. Everyonethin else was good

It’s was a great welcoming experience, breakfast was all I need. Wish there was a gym, but the suites were perfect for my needs!

This is a wonderful hotel that my partner and I have stayed at a few times when I am out of town for work as it is halfway between us. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and kind and the rooms are spacious and usually very well maintained.

Clean but small room. Hotel was centrally located to downtown and waterfront. Breakfast good variety and fresh.

I understood i booked a handicap room. However the toilet seat was too low, bed was too soft, room was so small I had a really hard time moving around,with my wheeled walker after surgery. Also very small room, to be "PET" friendly..

Clean room. Easy parking. Easy check in and check out.

Eveything was perfect! Shari at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless and all the staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed our stay in Parry Sound.
