部屋があまりにも狭すぎてがっかりでした。

とても丁寧な対応で美味しい朝食でした。 駐車場もホテルから50メートルほど離れたところにある建物の地下に専用駐車場があり、1泊15ユーロで貸してくれました。サウナやジムもあり(私は使いませんでしたが)、旧市街や哲学の道にも歩いていける立地条件からとても利用しやすかったです。目の前に文房具屋があり、モンブランやシュトックマーなどドイツブランドの文房具も購入することが出来、大変満足でした。

中央駅からの入り口で交通アクセスのよいビスマルクプラッツに近く、観光拠点にするのにとてもよいロケーションだと思います。近くにスーパーもありとても便利。

Location is nice because it stands near the Bismarck platz where I can ride tram or bus. Plus it is easy access to the supermarket (REWE) and the department store (Kauhof). This is the third time to stay here and as usual this time again I was totally satisfied with staying here. If I put something here to add and hope for the next stay, I would like for the Heidelberger hof to put the fridge in the room.

街の中心にある市電，バスのロータリから２分と便利，周りには，スーパーなどもある．観光地の旧市街には，歩いて１０分程度である．

The room was small for three people. No room to walk around the bed. Management was not flexible on reservation change request by one day and add an extra night. Will not stay here again or recommend at all.

Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr schön angerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer in Ordnung aber Zustand insbesondere im Bad könnte besser sein.

Sehr freundliches Personal, viele Geschäfte alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Komme gerne wieder.

Very tiny room, completely different from the pictures on the website. Staff not welcoming but professional enough. The room is poorly dressed, more poorly equipped. The sheets are worn, as is the room. The fan in the bathroom is extremely noisy: solution is to never turn on the light inside. Cheap but certainly not cheerful

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, close to all the major sites, the breakfast was always fresh, plentiful and delicious. My room was rather small but very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay 👌

Elevator was not. Reception unapologetic.

Good location in old town. Although free parking is there details were unclear on how to get to the parking. Meant we had to pay for parking under the near by shopping center.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail

Sehr schönes, gut geführtes und gepflegtes Hotel in wirklich guter und trotzdem ruhiger Innenstadtlage von Heidelberg. Fußgängerzone, Schloss, Neckar und diverse Restaurants und Cafés sind binnen weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Ein kleines, überschaubares Hotel zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Schloss. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Daa Personal ist sehr bemüht, die Teller und Badetücher tragen den Namen des Hotels; für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel kann man aber noch mehr als das erwarten.
