部屋があまりにも狭すぎてがっかりでした。

とても丁寧な対応で美味しい朝食でした。 駐車場もホテルから50メートルほど離れたところにある建物の地下に専用駐車場があり、1泊15ユーロで貸してくれました。サウナやジムもあり(私は使いませんでしたが)、旧市街や哲学の道にも歩いていける立地条件からとても利用しやすかったです。目の前に文房具屋があり、モンブランやシュトックマーなどドイツブランドの文房具も購入することが出来、大変満足でした。

中央駅からの入り口で交通アクセスのよいビスマルクプラッツに近く、観光拠点にするのにとてもよいロケーションだと思います。近くにスーパーもありとても便利。

Location is nice because it stands near the Bismarck platz where I can ride tram or bus. Plus it is easy access to the supermarket (REWE) and the department store (Kauhof). This is the third time to stay here and as usual this time again I was totally satisfied with staying here. If I put something here to add and hope for the next stay, I would like for the Heidelberger hof to put the fridge in the room.

街の中心にある市電，バスのロータリから２分と便利，周りには，スーパーなどもある．観光地の旧市街には，歩いて１０分程度である．

Quite small hotel near the shopping street in Heidelberg. Really nice personal.

Rent och fint och trevligt på alla sätt och vis. Dyr parkering men smidigt sätt att köpa sig fri från parkeringsbekymmer på allmänna ytor. Liten matsal men inte trångt. Mycket tillmötesgående personal.

Liked the A/C. Building was unique. Parking was close enough. Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at Heidelberger Hof, especially due to the working air conditioning in my room. The only thing that I missed in a 4-star rated hotel was a coffee and tea maker in my room and shampoo. The body wash did not work for my type of hair. That would have made my stay perfect.

Das Hotel Heidelberger Hof liegt sehr gut und ist sowohl durch den ÖPNV als auch mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann einen Tiefgaragenplatz dazubuchen. Super war, dass es in den Zimmern eine Klimaanalge gibt, die jeder selbst steuern kann. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend in der Auswahl. Ich empfand es als sehr angenehm, dass es ein kleines Hotel mit wenigen Zimmern ist. Mein herzlicher Dank gilt auch dem Personal, vor allem beim Check-In und der Empfehlung, wo man noch einen Absacker trinken kann.

Altes, verwinkeltes Gebäude, Zugang zum Zimmer war eine extrem steile Treppe mit schmalen Stufen. Erstmal eine große Spinne im Zimmer entdeckt. Diese mit einem im Zimmer deponierten Kärcher Baustaubsauger entfernt. Deckenhöhe nur für kleine Menschen. Selbst in der Dusche kann man bis max. 1,80 m Körpergröße gerade stehen. Frühstücksbüfett sehr klein und sehr geringe Mengen. Es wird auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

Café da manhã excelente! Localização excelente. Estacionamento não tem. Melhor você se virar sozinho programando um subterrâneo próximo para evitar multas transitando pela parte histórica da cidade.

Good Hotel close to Old Town. Friendly,professional staff. Comfortable room with good bed and effective air cond. Good breakfast if you are not into huge buffets. Garage parking close to Hotel.

Staff were very helpful. It is a well renovated tradional hotel at an ideal location. I will stay there on my next visit to Heidelberg.
