部屋があまりにも狭すぎてがっかりでした。

とても丁寧な対応で美味しい朝食でした。 駐車場もホテルから50メートルほど離れたところにある建物の地下に専用駐車場があり、1泊15ユーロで貸してくれました。サウナやジムもあり(私は使いませんでしたが)、旧市街や哲学の道にも歩いていける立地条件からとても利用しやすかったです。目の前に文房具屋があり、モンブランやシュトックマーなどドイツブランドの文房具も購入することが出来、大変満足でした。

中央駅からの入り口で交通アクセスのよいビスマルクプラッツに近く、観光拠点にするのにとてもよいロケーションだと思います。近くにスーパーもありとても便利。

Location is nice because it stands near the Bismarck platz where I can ride tram or bus. Plus it is easy access to the supermarket (REWE) and the department store (Kauhof). This is the third time to stay here and as usual this time again I was totally satisfied with staying here. If I put something here to add and hope for the next stay, I would like for the Heidelberger hof to put the fridge in the room.

街の中心にある市電，バスのロータリから２分と便利，周りには，スーパーなどもある．観光地の旧市街には，歩いて１０分程度である．

O hotel é super bem localizado, café da manhã bom apesar de ser uma área bem pequena na recepção do hotel. Reservei dois quartos e um deles era pessimo! Um sótão, com teto baixo, e uma escada (não era acessível por elevador) super íngrime e insegura. Apesar de eu ter solicitado dois quartos próximos um era no 1o andar e o outro no 4o (sendo que o elevador só vai até o terceiro). Esse quarto do sótão não tinha ar condicionado e na descrição do hotel dizia que tinha. Outra informação incorreta é que dizia que tinha estacionamento (inclusive o estacionamento era oferecido como benefício ao associado silver da hotéis.com) e nem sequer existia, tivemos que parar num estacionamento público. Não recomendo.

Excelente hotel, quarto muito confortável, um dos melhores cafés da manhã que eu já comi. Tem tudo perto e fica a 1,2 Km de distância da ponte que é um dos principais pontos turísticos. O pessoal da recepção foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos.

The room was clean, warm, and inviting. The staff was friendly and took great care of us. We were in town for the Christmas Market and we really loved the location of the hotel right in the heart of the old town.

Staff was friendly. The location was wonderful. The breakfast was an amazing setup.

The room was small for three people. No room to walk around the bed. Management was not flexible on reservation change request by one day and add an extra night. Will not stay here again or recommend at all.

Tolles Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und sehr schön angerichtet. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer in Ordnung aber Zustand insbesondere im Bad könnte besser sein.

Very tiny room, completely different from the pictures on the website. Staff not welcoming but professional enough. The room is poorly dressed, more poorly equipped. The sheets are worn, as is the room. The fan in the bathroom is extremely noisy: solution is to never turn on the light inside. Cheap but certainly not cheerful
