Even though, it’s just a hostel, I must say total experience was not really satisfying. Starting with messy room booking, the lady on reception did not receive our booking from her. Manager so we must wait another one and half hour (means up to 4.00 PM), the room was so tiny with less than 2 sqm bath room, there was previous guest that opened my door at night (they had the room key but not aware that actually, they had been moved by reception to another room), small cockroach under bed, no room cleaning, no hot water and the door was so difficult to be locked. The good thing was the location was very close to bus stop, MTR station, Kowloon mosque and shopping area and also wifi and water dispenser were available.

Had an unpleasant experience staying in the guest house. There were bed bugs in our room. I had 35 bed bug bites during our stay here mostly located in my arms, neck, back, and legs. Also, I was able to kill one bed bug and it was big. This was really a bad experience for me. The management should sanitize the beds in all rooms to eliminate the bed bugs so that it will not cause inconvenience to the guests especially to those guests that have sensitive skin.

the front desk officer is way too rude, arrogant and unwelcoming. She will never allow you to sit to the her small lounge area while waiting for check in time instead she will kick you out. no towels at all. Not recommended.

The room was not the room we booked. There is no TV too. But the filipina who assisted us is so accommodating.

So far sih buat kamarnya masih okelah ya untuk budget hostel / guest house. Cuma dindingnya aja yang kurang bagus kaya tambalan. Receptionnya juga masih oke, ramah. TV-nya ada cuma aku ga tonton sih.

This hostel was a great choice. Very near the MTR.. The front desk is very nice and friendly :)

Tidak mau menginap disini lagi, pengurus resepsionisnya tidak sopan dengan tamu dan suka memarahi tamu, Waktu saya bertanya kepada resepsionis kenapa colokan listrik di kamar kenapa kendor dan tidak bisa mengecas, Saya malah di marahin karena menambah colokan sendiri (colokan cabang tiga). Saya menginap disini karena membaca review yang bagus sebelumnya, tetapi malah begini jadinya jadi saya sarankan menginap di tempat lain saja.

The room it's dirty and inside room bad smell noise surround area. our can not sleep all night. next time we will reserve another place better.

Good location. Old rooms with old equipment. The housekeeper very impolite. Didn't do room cleaning and towel changes.. Many guest house in this building renewed and in good services.

Pertama check-in sih bagus. Kami nitip bag dulu karena belum bisa check-in, harus menunggu jam 2. Sembari menunggu kami jalan ke Victoria. Selepas itu balik dan ternyata bag kami sudah di masukin ke dalam kamar.Naah ke esokan paginya madam orang pilipino itu (the reseption) ngetuk pintu nanya casan hp dia dimana? sambil bentak bentak. Katanya dia ngecas sebelum kita mauk dan menuduh kami mengambil casannya, helllo, casan hp murahan begitu. Kami suruh bongkar semua dia pergi. Ternyata dia pasang strategi agar kami cepat keluar karena dia ingin memasukan orang lain dengan early check-in and saya got the extra money, please, Jangan menginap disana. saya lihat rate dan komen di kolom bagus. tapi setelah menginap ampun sudah. bapa ampuni the pilipino girls, salamat, mabuhai.

Sesuailah dengan harganya dan kondisi hunian hongkong. Lokasi di pusat keramaian. Kalau naik bus dari bandara, naik bus a21, Turun di halte tsim sha tsui, harganya 33 dollar. Kendalanya memang dalam hal makanan susah cari yang halal. Sekalinya ada restauran Indonesia harganya alamak.

good points : location is Good! easy to find. Just looking at the Building's name "Mirador Mansion", then go up by lift to the 13th floor. You can reach this place by bus from the airport. Bus no.21A and stop at Cameon Road and walking distance about 200 meter. By train is ok, but more expensive. need improvement : I was stayed during peak season (new year), the price of this accommodation was very amazingly expensive... but service is not good enough. You have to keep queuing before to go up to the 13th floor, no tissue, no towel, the water (drink) taste was not fresh (it like not original), very small room - small toilet (I was booked for 2 persons in one bed). The room is clean but the building typical old & I can see some crack on the wall & roof.

No TV, Stay for 3 nights no room cleaning, no towel changes, compare others guest house in same building this one is the worst... check in is good, but the maid forgot give keys and towel until we ask for it at night. booking online seems not too comfort for this kind of guest house, because they don't prepare at all for our coming...

You might want to contact first Jas Guest House to confirm availability of your room. We booked our room in November for our December trip. Our name was found in the logbook/calendar as having booked a room for 4 nights. However, they gave our room to somebody else. We ended up staying for another guesthouse which Jas paid. The next night, we stayed on another room in the other guesthouse. On the third night, we finally stayed in Jas but it's not our final room yet. On our fourth and final night, they gave us another room. In total, we slept in 4 different rooms - two in Jas, and another two in a different guesthouse. The staff were friendly though, since they were fellow Filipinos. It's somebody else's fault who gave away our room.

If you are looking just for a place to stay, this is one affordable room for you. Not for the meticulous ones.

The rooms are clean and decent. Room's small area is understandable, but we still found it comfortable. The caretaker was very warm and hospitable, and there was an available drinking water for every guest. Regardless of the mess outside the mansion building, we'll definitely stay here again when we're back in HK.
