Restful riverside setting on edge of town with excellent pool and gym amenities. Mediocre breakfast offering overpriced. No warm Food offered. Dinner menu suggests focus on ease of service rather than gastronomy as advertised. Extensive grounds with pools benches and features largely “let go”. Probably hard to get the right staffing balance with just 20 rooms and restaurant competition drawing residents in to city? Staff present having to cover a lot of bases in bursts which they do with grace.

We have nothing but positive things to say about this lovely little hotel. Best hotel experience in a while! Whilst staying in Carcassonne celebrating my husbands 60th, I decided we’d stay at La Reserve after visiting Albi for the day, as a surprise, with a table booked in the restaurant that evening. The hotel is five minutes outside Albi, a little gem once through those gates. The location on the banks of the River Tarn, the beautiful spacious rooms, with a little balcony overlooking the gardens and river. Choice of a separate bath or walk in shower. Beds were spacious and so comfortable, slept well. We went down to the pool for a couple hours, had a couple drinks, rested up and then had the most fabulous meal in the restaurant. This was finished with wine in the gazebo by the pool, an end to a great night. Every staff member we met were kind, friendly, professional, interested, interacted naturally, nothing felt forced. We were sorry to leave and wished we had booked a second night!

Emplacement magnifique et entretien des extérieurs et intérieurs sans faille. L'équipe est très agréable et à votre écoute. Séjour vraiment super agréable Je mets une note de 4 sur 5 en raison des tarifs excessifs des petits déjeuners . Également rapport qualité prix des repas vraiment discutable et le tarif du spritz honteux.....

Tout le séjour a été parfait, le site est exceptionnel, le personnel et le service irréprochables, aimables et gentils. Merci infiniment pour ce séjour. Je reviendrai c'est certain.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y bien cuidadas, la piscina es todo un lujo y las vistas al río también, el único inconveniente es que al estar al lado del río hay bastantes mosquitos en el exterior. Cenamos allí y aunque el servicio fue algo lento, fue un acierto para no tener qu coger el coche por la noche.

Les plus :Très jolie localisation . Calme . Terrasse et piscine vastes . Les moins : accès au bâtiment intégrant notre chambre très laid , voire glauque . Hall de ce même bâtiment tout aussi laid , manifestement sans aucune préoccupation ni d’élégance ni d’harmonie , semblant être plus un lieu de stockage de mobiliers usagés et dépareillés Carte du restaurant et horaires de service très limités . En conclusion très surprenant et décevant pour un établissement relais et châteaux . Rapport qualité/prix non satisfaisant .

nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour. L'hôtel ne mérite plus le titre de relais château. Très en dessous par rapport au prix demandé ... très dommage car Albi est une ville magnifique.
