I am always a little concerned when I book someplace for a long stay, but hotel jardin ended up being the perfect place to do that for our stay in Granada. It was close enough to the main square to be very walkable,but enough off the beaten path to be much quieter. The pool was delightful and the whole staff went above and beyond to provide little niceties to make our stay more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. My room was spacious and clean. And the entire staff were all pleasant and extremely helpful with answering my questions and assisting with scheduling airport transfers and excursions!!! The location is amazing as well as it's only a few minutes walk from the city center!!

The staff are outstanding! Michael and Marcia, the owners, are so welcoming and affable. They helped us plan outings and are delightful , outgoing and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and lovely, the pool refreshing and the grounds lovely and well kept. In all a totally wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The owners and staff were welcoming and did everything to make our stay perfect. The room and bed were clean and comfortable and the hotel grounds were lovely. We enjoyed coffee (thanks Michael!) on our balcony each morning with a view of Mombacho. The breakfast was simple but good with the BEST bread homemade by the owners. The location is close enough to restaurants and the central plaza so that you can easily walk where you want to go, but far enough to be away from too much city noise. Parking is behind the hotel gate next to reception (manned 24/7) so it is convenient and safe to have your car here, although we only used ours for a day trip. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very nice. Air conditioning worked great, hotel very neat and crisp. Staff very personable. Breakfast was good. Definitely will go back again.

The room was spacious and the balcony was also really nice although we didn’t have any furniture on it, but was a nice view. The gardens are lovely and the secure parking is great. The staff were all really lovely too!

Comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds, great location, lovely pool, delicious breakfasts, and the most superb, helpful staff. What else do you need? I can’t wait to return!!

We absolutely adored our room, the natural beauty of the trees and views surrounding the property, and the warm hospitality of Marcia and Miguel. We truly felt at home, and the breakfast was simply wonderful! I especially enjoyed the pitaya chunks in the morning, and the brown muffins with their delightful cacao flavor were a treat.

I never write reviews but this time it was a must. The staff at this property are all great! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always helpful and polite. Please give your staff awards! I was amazed on how clean this property was, from the rooms, dining area, pool and garden. Breakfast was included, every day the owners would greet us and ask if everything was ok, by the end of our stay we were have conversations during breakfast. They made us feel like family. Their breakfast did not include the Nicaraguan famous nacatamal, one morning we saw Marcia eating one, and commented on how much we loved them. They are from an outside source. We asked if she could order 2 for my husband and I. (absolutely delicious) After we checked out I checked our bill and realized they never charged us, thank you so much! I will be coming back and highly recommend for anyone to stay here. Frank & Janet

Wir waren schon in hunderten Hotels in vielen Teilen der Welt, aber so eine herzliche Gastlichkeit,Sauberkeit und schöne Atmosphäre ist selten. Das Hotel ist fussläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, es ist sehr sicher einschließlich sicherer Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet,sehr sauber und ruhig. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt der Besitzerin Marzia, die immer vor Ort war und viele wertvolle Tips zu Ausflügen und guten Gaststätten gegeben hat. Unser Rat an alle, wenn Granada dann nur dieses Hotel.
