El hotel está super cerca de la plaza principal, el personal bastante amable

La verdad es que a duras penas y llega a una estrella, las camas muy incómodas, las almohadas olían feo a almohada sucia, las sábanas estaban muy viejas y no se veían limpias. La ventana del cuarto no tenía seguro, osea cualquiera se pudo haber entrado por ahí. La puerta al baño es una puerta de metal, como si fuera para el jardín con vidrio, super ruidosa y dejaba entrar miles de luz al cuarto. La cortina no tapaba tampoco la luz entonces costaba conciliar el sueño porque se entraba toda la luz de fuera, las habitaciones no son aisladas de sonido, se escuchaba de todo. Fue una terrible experiencia, da vergüenza que ofrezcan eso por lo que cobran.

The rooms are fine but not sound proofs. Especially as the hotel welcomes groups of young religious American teenagers who can be quite exuberant, laughing and hollering in the corridors till late at night.

The staff was lovely after my shuttle didn’t picked me up. There’s a sealing fan and the weather was lovely. There is hot water. Everything was lovely will recommend I was by myself and it felt very safe.

Good hotel to stay at, perhaps the front desk personnel need to be a little more attentive and smile....

La ubicación es muy buena, agua caliente. Yo me quede en una habitación con baño privado y en general por el precio no me puedo quejar, lo unico que cambiaria es que las puertas son de cristal y en algun momento del dia le pega todo el sol y entra demasiada luz y eso me despertó super temprano pero yo sugiero una cortina para la puerta tmb. Igual eso no daña la reseña ya que tuve una buena experiencia en eñ hotel. Precios muy accesibles

El hotel estaba bastante bueno para el precio y la localización

I had the best sleep in many months of travel, lovely quiet site. The staff were very helpful with any questions I had. We are returning to stay again in a few weeks time and they are willing to store an extra bag. Close to good restaurants and sightseeing.

Steph is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The only downfall is that it is very noisy. I’m not a light sleeper and I was woken up a few times.

Sehr zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Antigua, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Die Ausstattung insgesamt ist allerdings etwas veraltet und es gibt keine Klimaanlage, daher ist es im Zimmer sehr warm.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked into the room, we immediately started itching, and even after showering, the discomfort continued. Unfortunately, we found multiple types of bugs in the bed, which made the room feel very unsanitary. The pillows were also stained, and I found red hair on my pillow even though I have blonde hair, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. To the staff’s credit, when we reported the issue, they were kind and moved us to a larger room. However, the problems continued. On our last night in the new room, the third bed had an ant infestation. After packing my belongings, I had to unpack everything because ants were crawling inside my suitcase. The hotel’s fountain and exterior are visually appealing and may attract guests, but the actual room conditions were unacceptable. I stayed on the second floor and would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are comfortable dealing with bugs in their room at night.
