学会参加で宿泊しました。チェックイン時の対応はよく安心して宿泊できました。ビーチはすぐで、スーパーマーケットも近く、飲食店も豊富です。イラクリオンへのアクセスもバス停まですぐ（本数は少ないですがクレタ・マリスまで徒歩で２分、ヘルソニソスまで５分程度）で3.3ユーロとお手頃です。早朝出発だったのでもう一泊追加で宿泊したのですが、手続きもスムーズで同じ部屋に泊まることができました。朝食のビュッフェもおいしかったです。

Le receptionist super disponibili ed educate, i camerieri e gli chef altrettanto. Vorrei elogiare le signore delle pulizie, super attente e cortesi con gli ospiti, che ogni giorno facevano il loro lavoro al top. L’hotel è molto bello, camera spaziosa, bella e confortevole la jacuzzi. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi la poca varietà del cibo, ma per il resto tutto ottimo.

Es war jetzt unser 3. Aufenthalt und wie die Male zuvor hervorragend. Das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Essen lecker und die Lage toll.

Hôtel à l'ambiance et l'esprit balnéaire, ouvert et lumineux, chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, propreté des lieux, personnel serviable et souriant. Les services du SPA sont bien et les prix sont correctes.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel was conveniently situated near many amenities, and we had easy access to transportation, which made it simple to explore the island every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room had a lovely side view of the ocean—close enough that we could hear the waves, which made the stay even more relaxing. We noticed that some people had complaints about the resort, which is a shame, because we genuinely felt it offered great value for the price we paid.

Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better.

Die Matratze war leider defekt Checking muss man selber via App machen Essen immer das gleiche sehr einseitig Privatstrand ohne Liegestühle/Sonnenschirme Gesamtbewertung mittelmässig 4 Sterne nicht ausreichend. Wenigstens war Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam

Wir hatten eine Suite und waren sehr zufrieden. Der eigene Whirlpool war das Beste in unserem Urlaub. Das Personal sowie der Service waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Der Strand vorm Hotel war sauber aber drin sind sehr große Steine also barfuß nicht möglich rein zu laufen. Zu Fuß erreicht man viele naheliegende Bars, Restaurants und Läden. Die Kleinstadt Cheronissos ist sehr belebt. Also wenn man Party mag ist der Ort genau richtig.

Der Service war leider nicht so gut. Wir haben ein falsches Zimmer bekommen (eigentlich hätten wir eines mit Jacuzzi gebucht). Aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers seitens des Hotels mussten wir eine Nacht in einem Zimmer ohne Jacuzzi verbringen. Damit fing der Ärger schon an. Das Essen hat uns persönlich ebenfalls nicht zugesagt. Einige Mitarbeiter waren zwar sehr bemüht und das Hotel an sich ist schön, aber insgesamt waren das für uns höchstens 2 Sterne wert. Noch einmal würden wir dort nicht übernachten.

Nicht so, wie es auf Social Media präsentiert wird. Positiv: Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars + Restaurants in der Umgebung Wir kamen an, dann wurde uns erst ein Upgrade angeboten auf ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi und Balkon mit Meerblick. Wir lehnten dies ab und es wurde uns dann aber für 2 Nächte kostenlos abgeboten, danach mussten wir in unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Zimmer (kleiner, ohne Jacuzzi, kein Meerblick - an der Strasse somit auch lauter) Im zweiten Zimmer war das Badezimmer voller kleinen Motten. Im Restaurant war das Essen ok, jedoch waren wir hauptsächlich für das Frühstück dort. Die Drinks, sowie Softdrinks/Wasser müssen Abends zusätzlich noch bezahlt werden. Der "Privatstrand" existiert nicht. Wir kamen an und es hiess, es gäbe einen kleinen Privatstrand, jedoch ohne Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Diese könne man bei den Bars in der Umgebung mieten. Am Strand angekommen - enttäuscht - es war ein kleiner Teil eines öffentlichen Strandes, am Abend oft schmutzig und viel Abfall liegen geblieben, die Hotel eigene Bar hat weder Liegestühle noch Sonnenschirme und die Drinks sind verwässert.

Sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Hotel. Freundlicher Service, gute Lage zum Strand. Schöne Auswahl an Speisen im Buffetrestaurant. Ich würde das Hotel erneut buchen und kann es sehr weiterempfehlen!

Hotellin sänky oli tosi mukava ja huone riittävän kokoinen. Allasalue oli todella kiva ja lähellä merta, allasalueen vanhempi miestarjoilija oli todella ystävällinen, kiitos! Joka toinen päivä pyyhkeet/petivaatteet vaihdettiin ja perus siisti huone

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und das Ambiente im Hotel war sehr schön. Einige stellen in unserem Hotelzimmer waren ein wenig abgenutzt und die Wände hatten ein paar Macken. Sonst war alles gut!

Sehr qualitativ gehalten, Das essen vorallem das Frühstück ist weltklasse.
