It was very noisy with people staying late at night. Neighbors' voices echoed very loudly.

This hotel is definitely not rated Wonderful (as indicated by Hotels.com), but for the price, it is good. First, the positives: the rooms and facilities are clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, and the free breakfast is good. Another bonus is that there is a huge shopping mall just around the block. That said, the facilities are pretty dated. There is no A/C, so you will have to open the windows to get some air, but right outside is a super-busy, multi-lane road with constant honking. It is also right by the railroad tracks, and you will hear the train signals and trains passing by. The garage is very narrow and tight to get around. Overall, it is fine if you just need a place to sleep for one night, but otherwise, I am not sure I would recommend it. Some of the points of interest in the photos are nowhere near the hotel. For example, Mercado Central is at least a 15 to 20-minute drive away.

Excelente experiencia. El lugar fue muy cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. El personal brindó muy buena atención y la ubicación fue perfecta para moverme por la ciudad. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí.

El menú del desayuno estuvo fresco, lo único que las habitaciones no cuenta con aire acondicionado o abanico y hizo mucho bochorno en la noche.

Los cuartos están ok. No es un hotel nuevo, pero para unas dos o tres noches esta bien. Tiene una pequeña cocina, esta limpio. El desayuno mini buffet muy rico.

no A/C floors need to be replaced hotel and rooms are a little old but it was clean and no issues. People are very nice and for the rate, it is a good option

The receptionists are all very kind and helpful. The check-in and out are fast and easy. The room is big and has all the necessities, so you can cook if you want to. Although the hotel infrastructure needs some improvement, the location is perfect, near the mall, fast food, and a convenience store. The breakfast is nice and has some choices. The tours I booked can pick me up from the hotel directly, so this is great. Will come back.next time.

Lo único fue el ruido pues el tren pasa muy cerca 🏨

El tren pasa justo al lado desde las 6 de la mañana y toca el claxon porque hay pasos de peatones. Vibra toda la habitación cuando pasa. El personal poco amable. El desayuno estaba bien.

Excelente hotel, el staff super amable, check in rápido y sin complicaciones y la habitación super espaciosa y bien equipada. 100% recomendado

A agua quente do banho termina em 5 minutos. Todos os dias aconteceu isso. Precisa esperar no minimo meia hora pra outro banho. Tem uma linha de trem nos fundos do hotel (a partir de 5:30 ate 21:00 hrs) e ele passa apitando em alto e bom som de meia em meia hora.

O hotel é antigo, porem reformado. Atendimento ok, Cafe da manhã aceitavel, quarto grande, cama e roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Fica proximo a linha de trem que passa com buzina forte o tempo todo e escuta-se tambem muito barulho do refeitorio que fica na area central do hotel. O chuveiro quente não dura nem 10 minutos. Apesar desses desconfortos, recomendo o hotel.

This was a great choice for me and my family. We had a great stay. The staff was nice but they could have been more warm and friendly. The rooms themselves were clean and maintained well. I like that it was like an apartment (it had a fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, and plates/cups). The breakfast was good. The location was great for us because we were able to walk to the mall that's nearby and it was a short drive to downtown San Jose.
