ダウンタウン1区に位置し、ビンコムセンター・ドンコイまで徒歩圏内です。ホテルと部屋は清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーでした。

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, mudah dijangkau, banyak resto dan tempat ngopi di sekitarnya dengan jalan kaki saja sudah bisa dijangkau, dekat dengan sungai besar yang membelah kota Ho Chi Minh, kebersihan kamarnya baik dan makan paginya cukup bervariasi dan enak.

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ! Tuy nhiên đồ ăn rất tệ . Món steak với thức ăn đã thiu chua - ăn xong đã bị đi ngoài ! Bếp có thừa Nhận và đề nghị mua thuốc và giảm 30% toàn bộ dịch vụ! Tuy nhiên khi lấy được chữ kí của mình lên bill thì chỉ giảm 30% giá của món bữa đó , và phớt lờ không thèm cung cấp thuốc! Dịch vụ tệ! Khá là trắng trợn

Quản lý đặt phòng nói chuyện cứ như đòi nợ hay lừa đảo qua điện thoại ấy. "tôi nói chị nghe, tôi không biết, chị phải thế này thế kia". Phòng sạch, giá tốt, vị trí ok thì sao khi các bạn coi thường khách hàng đến vậy?

I enjoyed my stay here rooms always very clean and fresh. Had to top up to a room with nicer view after I booked a room with no windows. Gym is very small and old enough for a short pump up. Pool is on the roof and small. Staff is nice and friendly throughout my stay. Parking is available in front of the house. Overall I can recommend it. Will come back thanks Bay Hotel and its team!

Vì đặt phòng không xem kỹ nên lúc nhận phòng không thấy cửa sổ hơi buồn 1 xíu. Nhưng phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi, có free mini bar tuyệt vời. Đánh giá tốt và không có thắc mắc gì

Phòng vệ sinh của khách sạn dùng cửa kính để làm vách ngăn không gian với phòng, tuy rằng có dán lớp mờ nhưng ở ngoài nhìn vào vẫn thấy được bóng dáng và hành động của người bên trong khá tốt, đặc biệt là bồn cầu lắp sát ngay kính và kính thì ngay cạnh giường đúng tầm nhìn của người bên ngoài, dù kính có mờ cỡ mấy thì với cách bố trí sát như vậy thì ở ngoài có thể thấy rõ tới 80% người bên trong khi đi vệ sinh...thật sự rất mất lịch sự và người bên trong cũng rất ngại mỗi khi đi vệ sinh. Mình nghĩ khách sạn nếu đã lỡ đầu tư như vậy rùi thì nên gắn thêm 1 tấm rèm kéo tại tấm kính đó để rủ xuống.

I had a room without windows and it’s ok. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is modern but it’s true that the wall in glass give not privacy if someone is in the room and another in the bathroom. Breakfast is good and with a large choice (the place for the breakfast is noisy). Good situation in district 1.

Great experience! The front desk girl Linda is wonderful :) She’s very professional, polite and gave me excellent recommendation for the city tour. Will definitely visit again!
