Det her er ikke et sted, jeg ville tage hen, hvis formålet er at slappe af. Der er larm og kaos nærmest 24/7. Vi boede lige ud til poolen, hvor der blev spillet høj musik fra omkring kl. 10 til 21 hver dag. Det er ret træls, når man gerne vil tage en siesta midt på dagen – og ja, man kan sagtens høre det, selv med vinduerne lukket. Personalet virkede heller ikke særlig imødekommende. Der var sjældent et “hej” eller “godmorgen”, og generelt følte man sig ikke særlig velkommen. Mit indtryk er, at stedet er blevet så stort, at den personlige service lidt er forsvundet. For os var det en fejl at vælge det her hotel. Vi rejste som par og ville gerne have ro, strand, pool og lidt wellness. Hvis det også er det, du leder efter, så tror jeg, du kan finde noget bedre til samme pris. Vi havde også glædet os til spaen, men priserne var helt skæve, så vi endte med at få massage inde i byen i stedet. Når det så er sagt, tror jeg faktisk, det er et rigtig godt sted for børnefamilier. Der sker hele tiden noget, og børn vil sikkert elske det. Men jeg synes på ingen måde, det lever op til fire stjerner. For mig føles det mere som et 2-stjernet resort. Derudover var flere områder stadig under ombygning, selvom det var højsæson, og på vores værelse var der flere ting, som var i stykker. Alt i alt var det desværre ikke en særlig god oplevelse, og jeg ville ikke vælge stedet igen.

Fint hotell og i nærheten av sentrum.

Hotelli ei ole 5 tähden arvoinen, mutta ok kuitenkin. Olin yhteydessä ennen varausta koskien katolla olevaa uima-allasta. Minulle kerrottiin, että se on heinäkuussa auki remontin jälkeen. Ei ollut. Siksi ei hintansa arvoinen. Liikaa ihmisiä yhdessä altaassa ja ranta on todella pieni eikä sovellu pienille lapsille. Hissejä vähän ja hotelli huonosti opastettu ja sokkeloinen. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Ilmastointi toimiva.

Jätte bra allt, rent, mysig pool

Hotellet har blitt dårligere etter ny eIer. Var der for noen år siden da var det kjempe bra.Hotellet trenger rennovering. Hotellet trenger matstoler i restauranten. Det står det er mulighet for elbil lader når det ikke er. Vaskedamene var det eneste ansatte som var hyggelige.

Dejligt hotel, lækker morgenmad, stort pool område, lidt dyrt i pool baren, men det kan nok forventes. Fitness lidt mangelfuldt, men helheds indtrykket var helt i top. Rent og pænt. 20 minutters gang til centrum.

Bed and towels reeked of laundry soap and the hotel management told me it was so I would know they were clean. You may like sleeping with your head on a box of Tide or whatever soap they use, however I ended up using my backpack as a pillow as the management was very proud their linens were not rinsed properly and safely. Next time I will just stay else where and pay day use fee for pool ocean access

Although this resort is advertised as a 5-star hotel, our experience was closer to a 3-star standard. During the peak holiday season, maintenance work was carried out on the swimming pools early in the morning (around 7:30–8:00 a.m.), waking guests, and two pools were closed due to the ongoing work. This type of maintenance should ideally have been completed outside the busy holiday season. The tourist information staff were not particularly helpful or interested in assisting guests. Breakfast was also disappointing. There was only one coffee machine, which was clearly inadequate for a resort of this size, resulting in long queues every morning, and the coffee quality was below expectations. There did not seem to be any effort to improve the situation. On the positive side, the room was modern, comfortable, very clean, and of a high standard. In our opinion, the room itself easily met a 4-star standard. The bar staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very pleasant throughout our stay. The location is also very good, with the town centre only a 15–20 minute walk away. Overall, while we appreciated the excellent location, the comfortable room, and the friendliness of the bar and housekeeping staff, the facilities, service, and overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star resort. In our opinion, the hotel is closer to a good 3-star resort, with rooms that are of a solid 4-star standard.

Had a great day love the resort, the person who took (cleaned) care of my room was outstanding. She gave the best experience did not take her name down, but I should have. Would definitely be back. Great resort!!!

Hôtel 5 étoiles ? Absolument pas, un accueil vraiment pas terrible, point positif pour le service de bagageries c’est jeunes hommes sont adorables et pour le personnels du parking. Parking supplément de 15€ alors que ce n’est pas le prix indiqué. La soit disant magnifique piscine en rooftop et fermer pour travaux (aucun investissement sur le site). Supplément de 50€ par personne pour l’accès au spa, tarif non spécifié également. La chambre est défraîchi ( photos) + l’évier qui fuit, tout sa pour la petite somme de 123€. Très déçu et une chose est sûr on ne vous le conseille pas.

It was all Good

Spa was not included and was €15 per hour per person. Staff proceeded to gaslight me into saying that the information was on the website which it was clearly not as I spent hours scouring it with still no luck. There was a 3* hotel next door which looked a million times nicer. The hotel is so run down and you get no extra amenities for the 5* label. No robes no extra in the rooms just basic body wash and shampoo and Slippers were made out of tissue paper. Sunbeds were dirty and pool towel man sometimes ran out of cards to return back to people. One couple at reception when checking out were charged €30 euros as the pool towel man took their towels but ran out of cards for them to return when they checked out. Staff are not welcoming or polite. Breakfast was mediocre at best, not 5* quality and hotel pool was cold and not comfortable to swim in. The rooftop pool was also closed which we knew about before booking but found out we couldn’t even go up there just to see the view. The ONLY thing I don’t have to complain about is that the bed was comfy. But seriously don’t waste your money go to the much nicer 3* hotel next door

The staff and hotel overall was good. Decor was very colorful and abstract. Breakfast was good and the gym had a decent amount of equipment. However a few things to consider if booking. For one it is not as accessible going from hotel rooms to lobby/pool/gym/beach. Not sure if the elevator was not working in that area or if it just does not go to the lower levels. I had to climb at least 3 flight of stairs to get from the beach area to the pool and gym. There is a ramp but it is quite steep. My room was on the first floor but the lobby was on the 4th floor and in order to get to the dining room for breakfast you had to go down a flight of stairs from the lobby. Understanding that the building is on a cliff and requires multiple floors it was a bit challenging.

The room was very clean, which we really appreciated. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, although at times the service did not quite feel at the level you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The property itself seems to have great potential, but some areas could use a bit more attention and maintenance. For example, near the main entrance there was a section under repair covered with plastic and tape, which affected the first impression a little. The breakfast offered both sweet and savory options, but overall it felt somewhat limited compared to other 5-star experiences. The gym equipment also appeared to need better maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few improvements the hotel could truly match its full potential.

Frukosten var under all kritik, pannkakorna var så torra och den förgglada multivimnen var det billigaste de kunde hitta faciliteterna var fina men poolen höst upp var stängt det framgår ingenstans jag valde denna hotel på grund av poplen i terassen. Skulle ej välja denna hotell igen

Todo perfecto! El lugar está precioso! El desayuno es muy rico! Aunque tuvimos un inconveniente de que entregaron nuestra misma habitación a otros huéspedes y entraron a mitad de la noche con nosotros adentro.

Buen hotel, bien ubicado. No había lo que reservamos que eran una pieza con 2 habitaciones y nos dieron 2 habitaciones no conectadas. Desayuno limitado
