ホテルの立地は街の中心部にあるのでとても気に入りました。接客サービスも親切でした。ルームサービスに関しては、コーヒー、紅茶、砂糖が毎日補充されませんでした。

全体的に素晴らしかったです。便利なロケーション、スタッフは素敵で親切、部屋は快適で、素晴らしい景色が見られました。

部屋はとてもうるさいです。スタッフは予告なしに窓を掃除します。

Great location. Easy to find foods, shopping & recreation. Close to city hall & underground bus station. Will be back for next visit.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. They helped us to early check-in after along and tiring flight. The location is perfect, near mall, station, and other public space. Very recommended hotel. Will be back for sure.

Hotel has good location-very close to central areas (it 's inside CBD), in short walking distance to taxi, bus, and train stations. Easy to access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants, highly recommended if you are on holiday or business travels (with a bit bountiful budget). Hotel staff that I met are nice and helpful. Check-out time is a bit early-11.00 AM. Late check-out after 11.00 AM will require extra room-charge, and it may not be available if in high-season, so better to check with the hotel staff in advance if you plan to have a late check-out. I chose to stay on upper floors, and had some good [narrow angle of] ] views of [a piece of] ] the city. The pub/bar next door might be noisy on weekends (night time), but inside hotel, it 's OK, and my room was not affected by the music from the bar. Would be happier if hotel can provide umbrellas for guests (to borrow and return) in case of rain. It was a pleasant stay in general.

Good location, got a room with good view (south bank). Breakfast was standard.

The view was spectacular. Room 2409 is the perfect room I had so far.
