人種差別するホテル

2回目の利用でした。旧市街にあり、便利です。カテドラルまで10分かかりません。部屋はきれいで広く、清潔感もあります。ただ、1回目は洗面所の栓が開かなくなり、結局修理できない、ということで不便でした。2回目はエアコンが故障（気が付いたのが遅く、たまたま暑くない日だったので修理依頼はせず）しており、いまいちな印象。他に安い宿もあるので、次回は泊まらないかな。

A beautiful, comfortable, and extremely helpful and friendly staff! Clean and very convenient location when visiting León! Loved the room with a view of the Plaza Santa Maria and easy walk to the cafes! Muchas gracias!

La ubicación es inmejorable, la habitación estaba limpia, tiene parking en las instalaciones pero sin duda alguna el personal es los mejor. Desde la persona que nos recibió, el personal de limpieza, el del desayuno hasta la persona que nos despidió nos trataron con cariño y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Lo recomendamos y volveremos

객실은 깨끗하며, 직원은 친절합니다. 주차는 2중 문으로 너무 안전하게 관리합니다. 차량 운전시 호텔 접근이 쉽지 않습니다.

Lo mejor del alojamiento, sin lugar a dudas, es la ubicación. Está en el corazón del casco histórico, en una plaza, la del Grano, que para mí es la más bonita de León. Así todo, esto conlleva el que el sábado por la noche hubiera ruido de las terrazas, lo cual para nosotros no era problema, porque somos “muy dormilones”. La habitación para cuatro personas espectacular. Preciosa, cómoda y muy amplia. Cuatro camas bastante grandes, nada de camas supletorias. El desayuno muy completo y con productos de muy buena calidad. El personal de recepción, pues como suele pasar en la vida en general. De todo, dos recepcionistas encantadoras y otra bastante antipática. El precio, más que bueno para ser el alojamiento tan bueno y tan bien situado.

Beautiful historic building and modern hotel. A 3 minute walk to the cathedral and great restaurants. Don’t miss it!

It has all that I was locking for.

Great location, close to the old town, in fact, right in the middle of it. The room had a nice view onto the Granary Square.

Súper céntrico, el barrio humedo y la catedral al lado.

This hotel is located in the historic part of Leon and it ‘feels’ like you’re intruding driving in! A bit complicated to get there but they sent us very clear instructions thankfully. Parking was great! Room was big and clean. My only little issue was they need mattress protectors on the twin beds. I always feel like mattress protectors make it feel cleaner. The front counter staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast but we did order coffee from reception and it was of a very high quality. We have been here over Easter so it is a very busy time with celebrations happening in the square. However the balcony doors block out most of the noise and we slept well. The hotel is in a beautiful location right in the square. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastisk værelse, varm og informativ ankomst af personalet. Meget centralt, perfekt til at opleve påskeugen. Eneste der kan forbedres, er morgenmad buffet, det kan kun få to af 5 stjerner.

Petit dej excellent, accueil impeccable et très souriant. J’ai par contre eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver l’hôtel (et son parking) en voiture … même avec le GOS et Waze.

I had a wonderful stay at Hospedería Pax. The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. Since we do not speak Spanish, they kindly made phone calls on our behalf and helped us with anything we needed. Their willingness to assist us made a big difference and made us feel truly cared for. On our first day, our train was delayed and we did not arrive until 11:20 PM. Despite the late hour, they waited for us and welcomed us with kindness. It is true that on the first night there was a power outage affecting only our room, so we did not have heating or lights. However, the warmth and genuine care shown by the staff more than made up for this inconvenience. Overall, the hospitality and kindness we experienced here left a lasting impression. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
