とても親切なオーナー、伝統的なスコットランドの朝食も美味しく、良い滞在になりました。イギリスで初めて宿泊したところがここで良かった。

閑静な住宅地にあるとても素敵なホテルです。支配人である男性が非常に親切でエディンバラの観光など非常に丁寧に対応してくれます。部屋数は少ないですが、歴史を感じる美しい部屋でした。バスルームやベッドも広くカップルでの宿泊におすすめです。

Honestly what a lovely little place this is, can't fault it one bit, lovely spacious room, bed so comfy, lovely original features all around, and 2 of the cutest little dogs pottering about, breakfast was lovely! Would definitely stay again.

Vi likte oppholdet på Spylaw Bank House. Det har sjarm og personlig preg, og ligger i et utrolig fint og stille område. Huseieren er veldig hjelpsom med informasjon om Edinburgh. God frokost. To helt nydelige hunder, så man bør helst ikke være allergisk. Vi sov godt alle tre. Anbefaler stedet til andre om man ikke er opptatt av at det skal være klinisk rent og moderne. Som sagt; vi likte stedet veldig godt.

Fantastic stay at spybank, David was very polite courteous and helpful. Breakfast was tremendous and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room in a historic home. David is a kind host, made a great breakfast. Quiet neighborhood outside of Edinburgh, only a few restaurants nearby, but they are good.

Nous avons dû partir tôt le matin pour prendre l'avion de retour, le propriétaire, sympathique au demeurant, a juste dit à notre arrivée "donc pas de petit déjeuner". Au tarif de la location, nous aurions apprécié qu'il nous propose de nous laisser de quoi déjeuner, même si cela n'avait pas été le petit déjeuner prévu à ses horaires.

I had to leave too early for breakfast. Parking was very safe.

David our host was very warm, welcoming and hospitable. A lovely property in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of walks around. Easily accessible by bus from the city. A cooked / continental breakfast is an added bonus. The local village has an amazing pub (Spylaw) with very good food and friendly service and a good family run Italian restaurant ( Dante’s). My husband and I stayed in a very spacious en-suite double bedroom which was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this property.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and had a lovely stay again. David is very welcoming and cooks a lovely breakfast. Nothing is to much if you need advice about the area etc.... would recommend for sure.

The staff was delightful and the breakfast was great. The grounds were lovely and the house was quaint. There wasnt hot water to shower twice and the house was kept very cold. The room was clean but hallways and stairs were quite dirty and needing maintenance.

david è una persona d'altri tempi, la passione con cui prepara la colazione (nel piatto era tutto creato come se fosse un volto di una persona che sorride) o racconta le chicche della "sua" Edinburgo valgono il viaggio. Il resto lo fa il bus 44 che vi porta e vi riporta in centro con estema comodità. Ideale per le coppie e per chi non ama le cose "fancy" ma vivere le esperienze a "casa" di un local. Zona sicurissima e fermata del bus molto vicina al B&B.
