ロンドンでレンタカーを借りて行きました。周辺にはあまりお店がないため、市街地で買い物をするかホテルで食事をするのが良いです。朝ごはんは、コーヒーか紅茶とパンやヨーグルトなどのビュッフェに加え、一品選びました。私はフレンチトーストとベーコンが気に入り、２日間も注文しました。部屋は暖かく、全く不便はありませんでした？

とても静かな、緑に囲まれた素晴らしいホテルです。 機会があればぜひまた利用したいと思います。

旅の最後にただ寝るだけのつもりで泊まりました。地元ではレストランとしても有名なようでしたが自分は時間的に合わず利用しませんでした。周りには何もない感じです。ホテルとしては造りは古く客室に入ったら床がミシミシ言いましたがシャワールームや洗面所トイレは新しく全体的に綺麗で良い感じです。翌朝チェックアウトで前日タクシーを頼んでいただきスムーズに帰路に着くことが出来ました。ホテルの入り口前は別に綺麗でもなく座るとこもないので客室に入ってしまいましたがチェックアウトの時見たらロビーのようなところの先に綺麗な庭がありロビーからあの庭を見ながら過ごせば良かったな～と残念に思いました。

The rooms are a bit old and run down. The water pressure wasn't great either however I'm not sure what the hotel could do about it. The restaurant is way too expensive to what it is. We had a dinner which was good but nothing extra. The breakfast was nice tho. Overall our experience was okay but will probably not coming back.

This was a lovely getaway in a cosy hotel with lovely staff. Everything very clean. Lovely dinner and breakfast.

Staff are very nice here, room was spacious but cold. Heater wasn't powerful enough I'm afraid. Landing radiators on our floor never came on for the 3 days we were there. Lovely bar area and plenty of places to sit and relax. Breakfast was nice but wasnt included in the booking.

Yes room good condition. Bath towel was stained, which was changed immediately. Couple of the staff were not very friendly. One particular who seemed irritated, when I wanted to exchange a drink.

The spa treatments were excellent. The ladies were all very professional and provided high quality results. The hotel was nice and the bar food was excellent. Prices seemed reasonable too.

Room and hotel lovely. Staff all helpful except: we were in room 34 for 2 days, from Sunday 9th Nov 3pm to Tuesday 11th Nov 11am. At 2pm on Monday 10th November, we were relaxing on our beds when a maintenance man entered with his key (he did not knock the door) and shocked us by saying he was checking some painting that needed touching up. We were very shocked and when he realised we were 8n the room he apologised and left. We took this up with the blonde lady on reception who apologised and said maybe it was an error on their side, but she didnt know for definite and said they do need to carry out repairs sometimes. Surely thus shoukd be dobe within the 4 hour tirnaround from check out to new guesr check in? Also, she said we should have put the 'do not disturb ' sign on the outside, but again that is putting the blame on us. We felt it was a violation of our privacy and no real explanation or compensation offered.

All very nice. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment but all the sitting areas and little pub area are very nice indeed. I personally like to have areas within a hotel where you can sit and read in comfort and this hotel certainly comes up trumps in this. Only reason for my 4-star overall rating is that the hotel does not have a lift which was disappointing. Other than that - great place.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, especially in the evening in the restaurant and bar. Nice warm hotel room. Carpet could do with a makeover but lovely room .

We enjoyed the whole experience of our two night stay. The room was clean and comfy. We had two breakfasts & two dinners during our stay, all four of the meals were tasty & served hot. The service was excellent, friendly & efficient. We would definitely stay at this hotel.

Jack the food and beverage supervisor was warm and welcoming as soon as we arrived. He was always around and offered to go the extra mile for us. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Hotel is warm and cozy. Location was great to walk into town.

Large rooms, comfortable beds and selection of pillows. Free parking. Older hotel, but charming and large and clean. On-site restaurant is good, as is bar.

Nice friendly hotel with good food, drinks and service.

Generally all round good accommodation, staff were very helpful
