カウンターのお兄さんがとても気さくな方で安心して滞在できました！

ミニマートやレストランは徒歩圏内にあって便利。メトロやバスも同様。 スマホの電波が入りにくいのとwifiが弱いのが難点でした。

部屋にゴミ箱、ティッシュ、時計がなく、ごく簡易な机の表面や壁がはがれていた。タオルは糸があちこち飛び出て古かった。バスタブがなく、カーテンもないので、周囲がびしょびしょにならないよう、しゃがんでシャワーを浴びた。連泊したが、１泊目の翌日はベッドメイキングがされていなかった。料金に全く合わないホテルで、がっかりだった。

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was okay, it was actually better than what we expected from the reviews. I strongly suggest this hotel for the place and also the reception lady was the best! She was very helpful and kind.

冷蔵庫・TV(電源入るけど見れない)・ドライヤー無し・スタッフ不在・Wifi等のinformation一切なし。現金しか使えない。チェックイン時に人が不在で、電話すると、「あ？今から2分後に行きます」みたいな感じで、10分後ぐらいに、どこかからパキスタン人の様な人が遅れて飛んでくる。 支払い終わって鞄に財布を入れている最中にフロントの電気を消される。 部屋に入った瞬間、部屋が暗く雰囲気がひどく悪い。寒気がするのでお化けが出そうで電気を消さずに寝ました。 私は32€+タオル代の2€=34€支払いましたが、お金の価値のないホテルでした。 あまりに居心地が悪く滞在時間は10時間。 もちろんチェックアウト時もスタッフ不在で、こちらから鍵のありかを連絡する始末。 もし、火災などが起きたら、間違いなくオーナーはゲストを助ける事はできません。 責任者は誰だ？！と、思いました。 絶対2度行きませんし、世界中のホテルに宿泊して、こんな思いしたのは初めてでした。 騙された！

Only a ten minute walk from Termini but in a quieter area. Good value for the money. Depending on the room you get, you might have a nice view of the British Embassy.

Bit run down had to fix toilet seat and shower head but easy to do without bothering staff. Fridge in room and safe, comfortable bed. Great area for centre of rome easy to walk from termini. Great for travellers. Would stay again.

Personale veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme med info om området. Bra location. Hotel kanskje litt old fashioned, men helt ok.

The lady at the front desk was amazing kept my bag safe and even gave me a map of places she recommends the room was a lot bigger then expected maybe slightly outdated but you get what you pay for bed comfy air con was great

Excelente localização! Perto da estação Termini e perto das principais atrações. É possível ir a pé, com tranquilidade, nos dois lugares. Staff muito atencioso!

No fridge in our room, always had to ask for things like toilet paper and towels…house keeping asked if they could clean the room i stated we are leaving in a few mins, then they can come in, he said I'm cleaning now or not at all… the desk staff viola however was absolutely amazing… she gave us so much information and was so friendly
