hotel couldn't find my reservation through Expedia. each individual is good kind but service level is poor.

受付の方へ質問したことへの回答も明解で、ホテルの部屋も広く、部屋もきれいでした。

故障のまま放置してある箇所がある

・８泊のモロッコ旅行で毎日違うホテルに滞在したが、その中で最悪のホテルだった。 ・部屋は広いが、電気のスイッチは壊れており、トイレと浴室には悪臭が漂っていた。 ・メーター付きのタクシーを手配するように2度依頼したが、2度ともメーター式ではないタクシーを呼ばれた。(メーターのほうが格段に安いので注意) ・宿泊税の支払いの際に、手持ちにあった最小の100DHを払ったところ、「お釣りがないため後でお渡しする」と言われた。 しかし、チェックアウトの時にそのお釣りをもらおうとすると、「該当する伝言がない」と言われ、「何DHですか？」と聞かれたため「10DHだったと思う」と答えると、「たった10DH？」と言われ、非常に腹が立ったためすぐにホテルを後にした。 ➡︎もう一泊した別のホテルは非常に良く、カサブランカの街自体もいい所だったので、いい旅行にするためにもここは絶対にオススメしません。

ホテル建物自体、部屋は、悪くないです。ロケーションは、思ったより中心から離れていた。Casaport駅も歩けないこともないが、徒歩25分。荷物がなければ問題ないですが。チェックイン時間を過ぎて、ホテルへ到着しましたが、混んでるからと、あと2-3分を再三繰り返され2時間待ちました。さらにリクエストの部屋ならさらにもっと待ちが必要といわれ、リクエストでない部屋に入りました。夜外出後、部屋へ戻りシャワーを思ったらタオルがないことが判明。何度電話しても誰も応答がないため、レセプションまでいl気タオルがほしい旨を伝えるも30分待っても来ないので、再度、レセプションまで出向きタオル依頼。その繰り返しを2回行い、3回目にレセプションを降りてやっとタオルを受け取れる始末。1時間半はかかったでしょう。いろいろサービス面でストレス感じることが多かったです。1泊だけの滞在でしたが、もうこのホテルは泊まらなくてよいです。

When we arrived in Casablanca- we went to the hotel’s restaurant at 12:30 PM and told them that we had a tour at 1:30 PM and asked if the food would be ready right away and was asked for the food at 1:00 and was told the the food is ready. It was already 1:15 PM (45 mins of waiting) and no food came so we decided to cancel our order. Then they told us food is being drizzled now. We told them they shouldn’t expect us to eat the food in 5 mins for us not to be late for our tour. On our first night- the air conditioner was not working and we informed the receptionist about it. While we were out the following day- - they sent a portable heater to our room (looked like they wanted the room to be get hotter). When we came back that afternoon- the room was still hot. They told us to give the air conditioner an hour and it should be fine. In the meantime- they sent a technician with another heater. We told the technician that we need an air conditioner and not another heater. Finally they transferred us to another room on our second night where the air conditioner was working. However the TV was not working. We had to call the receptionist twice before they senta technician. On our third day - we left for our tour and came back at 3:00 PM with our room not done- bed sheets have not be changed and dirty towels still on the floor. Again we had to call the receptionist twice before the lady came to clean our room. Funny that the lady asked us to give her a good review in google.

Great service from the moment we landed we got picked up and the hotel concierge was really nice. The room was great. Overall I recommend ppl stay here

Temiz geniş oda.Banyosu da aynı şekilde güzeldi.Belki bize denk geldi tek sorun klima maalesef ısıtmadı ancak onu da odaya elektrikli ısıtıcı yollayarak çözdüler.Personel yardımsever idi.Araç ile geliyorsanız otopark sorunu yok.

This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was completed. When we got to the room, it was lovely, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative bedroom was too small for our group. We asked instead for a replacement bed to be brought to the room. This process took far longer than expected. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and being told someone was on the way, no one arrived. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to follow up. In total, we waited about an hour for the bed to be brought up. Since this happened late at night, it was especially frustrating, as we were exhausted and ready to sleep but couldn’t until the issue was resolved. On a more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was so good that we ended up eating there twice. The highly professional staff whom provided wonderful hospitality. The dinning buffet is pricy but worth the experience. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet team (Mouna and others) made me feel like royalty each day. I cannot express enough how welcome I was way made to feel, from the front desk agents, to Saad/Hamid the concierge, and the dinning room team. This Hilton property has become my first choice in Casablanca.
