ダウンタウンからは離れているが、ウーバーで十分程度。空港からもアクセスがよい。部屋は広々としており、清潔。冷蔵庫あり。

We stayed in this establishment three separate times in our 17 day vacation in Alaska. Each of the times we loved our stay. The desk clerks, Maggie and Maddie’s were extremely helpful. Especially dealing with a non-functioning shower and noisy-rude neighbors. The rooms here are better equipped than all of the other hotels that we’ve stayed in on our trip…even those that were WAY more expensive! The location is extremely convenient for many day trips from Anchorage as well as short distances to much shopping and really nice restaurants.

Cold coffee. When I asked the front desk to print me out a receipt when checking out. She said she cant because I booked thru a third party. I have not received a receipt from Expedia. Please email ASAP.

Comfortable room. Nice facilities, good value

Nice, clean motel. No breakfast included which would be nice expected given the price. Close to a great pizza place as well as walking distance to our Avis car rental. Lots of homeless people in the area but still felt safe. Loved the shuttle to the airport. Would have loved the option to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Would stay again!

Always enjoy staying at these properties. First learned of them when traveling out West. Great for longer stays with kitchen area, full size refrigerator and plenty of space. I appreciate having laundry facilities on site

Quiet hotel, good beds; easy check in. Staff happy to hold our luggage while we explored. Uber or taxi helped us get around. Here for only 24 hrs, so it might have been better to find a hotel downtown. But the price difference more than covers cost of those Ubers.

Probably worst stay I have ever had. Set up a shuttle pick up at rail depot a couple weeks before. When I arrived at 1015 PM, called to confirm the pick up at the rail. They confirmed. I waited a while to not be annoying and practice patience. Called again. They said the driver was waiting for me at gate 6, which is of course at the airport. By time I got to hotel, it was like 1130 PM. Took a while to get checked in, which would have been fine except I was already delayed quite a while. Then the attendant tells me I have room 118 and that she had never checked anyone into that room before. Departing attendant said she had not either because it wasnt operational cuz TV and kitchen don't work. I am so exhausted I just say whatever as long as AC works. Put that fiasco aside for a second. I had two rooms, each two queens. I get to second room 301 I think. It is a single queen. So I call down to front desk to ask what's going on. Short of it is the front desk gal was incompetent and wouldn't or who knows was competent enough to switch my room. So ended up with one room that was not fully operational and the other where we had to sleep on the floor after we were delayed an hour from arriving at hotel from their incompetence. Great start to the vacation.

They were unable to provide airport shuttle despite they advertised that they did. Their transportation/ shuttle policy was very vague. Multiple people checking in had similar experiences.

We enjoyed our stay here and I recommend this hotel to anyone visit in Anchorage.

The room was clean and had great amenities, however I asked for a shuttle ride to the airport and my name and information was taken down over 6 hours before the time I wanted to leave for the airport and the person at the front desk never called the shuttle. So at the time I had to leave I was told to call for an uber instead because they didn't have anyone to shuttle me over.

It was conveniently located fairly close to the airport. Staff was very friendly. I was repeatedly warned to make sure my car was locked which made me feel the area isn’t the safest (though I very much appreciate the advice!!) Coffee was available in the lobby. “Breakfast”, as far as I could tell, were frozen breakfast sandwiches available for purchase (no traditional included breakfast).
