駅から近いホテル。モロッコらしさはない。

シャワーの、水圧、温度最高！とっても快適に過ごせた！ モロッコ初日に滞在して、Hassan II mosque に行ってきた！タクシーで40ダーツだった！次の日はスーツケースを持って、駅まで行って50ダーツ。周りに何もないが、タクシーが安いので問題なかった。

モロッコのホテルには、ポットが備え付けられていなくて、自由にお茶が飲めないのが残念だ。お茶のルームサービスを頼んだが、メニューに書かれているより二倍の料金を請求される。周りにはレストランが少ない。ホテルは列車の駅から歩いて１０分位の所に有るので便利。浴室にはバスタブが有るのが有り難かった。

Location was not bad but basically have to walk 15 minutes to everything. Not many decent food options around either. The place was nicer than I expected and even had a new room smell. The room was not carpeted but the floor was dirtier than I expected. There was a clear layer of dust under the bed. On my first night of arrival I was not comfortable venturing out for food as a lone female. Went to the hotel restaurant but it was too expensive so I went for room service instead. The person did not speak English well so I didn't get to order what I wanted. Food was fine but it took almost 1.5 hours for them to come collect the plates after I called twice. Worst of all was when I checked in, they took the prepaid credit card I got at the Morocco airport without explanation. I realized when I tried to use the card after that a large deposit was taken and I was unable to use my card at all. At check out they finally told me they took 1000 Dirhams of deposit and would return within 48 hours. It was not just a hold on the card but a charge. It was never returned and when I called on my date of departing Morocco, they only told me I should've called earlier. ロケーションは悪くなかったけど、どこに行っても15分以上歩かないといけなかった。 一番悪かったのはチャックインしたときに説明なしで入国したとき買ったのPrepaidクレジットカード取られ、15000円入金したのはずなのにカード一切使えなかった。チェックアウト時に聞いたら初めて10000円デポジット取られたこと発覚したが、48時間以内に返金と言ってくれましたので一安心したら、出国まで返さなかった。モロッコのdirhamsは海外に持っていけないしPrepaidカードも当然海外で使えない、最初に支払った金額より1万円デポジットそのまま返さなかった。ホテルに電話したら「出国する直前ではなく、もうちょっと早く電話してもらいないと困ります」と逆キレされた。

部屋は清潔感があり、スタッフもいろいろ教えてくれて親切です。 ただ何故か夜ホテルに帰る度にカードキーが効かなくなり、その都度フロントに行かざるを得なかったのが面倒でした。

特に無いが比較的に静かであった。

カサブランカ空港への前泊で利用。 ・完成したばかりなので、施設は綺麗だが、ドアの部屋番号表示が間に合っておらず、紙が貼ってあるのみ ・スタッフが慣れていないのか、チェックインが異常に遅い。 ・いざチェックインして部屋に向かうと、すでに客がいた。ドアを開けて顔を見合わせるという、ホテルとしてはあり得ないミス。 ・別の部屋に通されるも、冷蔵庫は鍵がかかってて利用できない。 ・フロントに電話をかけたくても、電話機には何の表示もないし、内線表的なものもない。 ・レストランを利用したが、皿が足りていないのか、料理に対して使いにくい皿が用意される。 ・領収書を頼むも、自動印字のものはできないと言われ、乱雑に書かれた手書きのものを渡される。 ・取り分けようの皿１枚もらうのに１５分もかかる。 施設は綺麗でも、ホテルのサービスができていなければ、存在する理由はありません。

At first we were dropped off by our Taxi to the wrong place, the other Mogador hotel in front of the Marina hotel. That was confusing to us. But once at the correct hotel we enjoyed our brief stay.

Hotel ben strutturato e con belle camere e letti comodi Colazione molto cara , povera ed inadeguata per un 4 stelle . Personale in genere abbastanza disponibile , quello invece in sala colazione inadeguato per avere a che fare con il pubblico

What is hotel I ever stayed in don’t recommend at all

Hotel bem mediano, parece que os quartos não tem muita manutenção, café da manhã bem fraco . Pedimos toalhas a mais e nos falaram que não podiam ceder , norma do hotel...pessoal da recepção atencioso.

Room was very hot. When I asked why the Aircon isn't working, they told me they turn it off. So I should open a window. Room service was slow . And general condition of the room was poor

Struttura vecchia, qualche personale gentile, altri senza voglia di lavorare, 12 volte chiamata verso il centralino nell'arco di un'ora e mezza, nessuno ha risposto, ho dovuto scendere per prenotare il taxi per l'aeroporto, mi hanno detto che avevano tanta gente davanti al banco, peccato che neanche una persona era davanti al banco, ma neanche il tutta la hall, asciugarmi macchiati, non ben puliti.

It’s a lovely hotel; lobby is cute and clean. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious and bathrooms are big. Amenities for the room are great. Bed and pillows were a little too soft but comfortable. Staff didn’t come to the room twice when they said they would send someone to retrieve the bags from the car and to bring the luggage cart. Biggest con is the price of breakfast 200Dhm for a small selection of food items at their breakfast Buffett.

Tout était parfait jusqu’au jour du départ. La veille nous avions demander au réceptionniste de nuit à quelle heure devait se faire le check-out, il nous a répondu à votre aise pour 14h. Nous avons mit un réveil à 13h pour que nous nous préparions à notre aise, nous avions besoin de nouvelles serviettes pour prendre une douche nous avons donc essayer d’appeler la réception, guest service, conciergerie, room services et même l’hotel via leur numéro de téléphone mais rien aucune réponse… après 15 minutes d’essais je me suis diriger vers la réception pour demander des serviettes ils m’ont dit qu’ils avaient répondus et que notre téléphone de chambre ne fonctionnait pas.. je me suis dit Ok pas de soucis ça peut arriver… 14h05 et toujours pas de serviette je suis redescendu à la réception en leur disant bien que j’étais en check-out ils m’ont dit c’est bizarre toujours pas de serviettes ils vont vous les ramener tout de suite. 14:25 toujours rien j’ai trouver un homme de chambre dans les couloirs qui me les a ramener en 10mn… Service très médiocre ET POUR COURONNER LE TOUT Le réceptionniste qui m’appelle pour le dire qu’il est 15h passer et que donc nous devions payer 300dh de frais de retard automatique… Quelle audace surtout qu’il était encore 14h50 ^^ Arrivé en bas à la réception il a oser me dire que l’on avait tarder et que cela était impossible que le réceptionniste m’ait dit 14h. Je lui ai dit qu’il était 14:58 donc pas de frais il m’a demander pardon. TRÉS DOUTEUX.

The towels were thread bare, very thin and raggedy. Also, headboards need to be replaced as they were scratched up and upholstery was torn, amenities on Expedia were in an adjacent hotel that we did not have access to...very disappointing.
