テレビが機能していないこと以外はすべて正常です

2021年からYeob Hotelの常連客です。立地も良く、部屋は2人で泊まるには十分な広さです。 しかし、現在のスタッフの1人は、あまり親切ではなく、ホテルの新しいシステムにも精通していません。以前のスタッフは同様の状況に対応し、日程変更のオプションを提案してくれたので、やむを得ない事情で滞在日程を変更できるかどうか、ホテル側にご配慮いただきたいです。 解決策や代替案を提示する代わりに、現在のスタッフは、どうすればいいのかわからないとばかり言っています。 カスタマーサービスの改善を期待します。

スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。必要なサポートはすべて受けられました。ホテルの立地も素晴らしく、交通の便も良く、また利用したいと思います。

部屋はまあまあですが、温かいシャワーはありません。部屋の広さは値段の割にはまあまあです。

連絡先番号（WhatsApp / SMS）が必要です。12時以降にチェックインするとドアがロックされ、スタッフの対応もないため、ホテルのスタッフに連絡することができません。

Nice budget hotel. You have to use a vending machine to get the key when checking in and checking out. Got a mini elevator.

When we reached the hotel to check-in, then only the staff told us that there 's no water heater and window for the room, need to add another RM5 to change the room. The room smells bad when you first opened the door. Some of the pillows also have some weird smells. The hotel lift also sometimes will jam so you will have to walk to the top floor through elevator.

For this hotel was really good for a short vacation here, everything was fine and also perfect for travelers who are on a budget, plus it is also easy to find many restaurants, foods, and some stores like 7-Eleven and KK Mart also near around. And also for the second night at the hotel, the room I was in suddenly went out, ahaha, but it's fine, all good and comfy.

Hotel yang sederhana, tapi sangat selesa bagi yang berurusan seorang diri maupun berdua. Air kuat, katil selesa dan sistem air cond padu terbaik.

Semua oke, tapi bantal dah kn tukar, letak kettle/water dispenser kat every floor. Leceh la nak turun bawah ambik air

Hotel ini terletak di tengah bandar dan berdekatan dengan kemudahan yang diperlukan seperti kedai makan dan lain-lain. Staf hotel juga sentiasa peramah dan memberi perkhidmatan yang terbaik.

Countless times stay here. Always repeat to stay here. Room is quite nice. But this time stay, got TV problem, have raised the issue to staff, but was told that technician can't come. Staff can't resolve the issues. Quite disappointed and have to go outside to watch TV.

Had to check in here last minute due to water problem. But this hotel also facing same problem but still manage to do their best. No towel replacement, no room cleaning and WiFi not working.

Hotel ini terletak di kawasan yang mudah untuk mencari makanan melayu dan arab. bilik hotel ok, bersih, selesa cuma bilik air agak sempit. lain-lain semua memuaskan hati.

Pleasant stay. Room size just nice. A lot of restaurant nearby, in walking distance.
