Overpriced in July – Clean Towels, But Not Much Else We stayed here in June for €200 for two nights, and for that price, it was acceptable. The room was clean, and the white towels and linens were fresh and neat. If you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep, it does the job. But we originally wanted to stay in July, and the price then jumps to €1900 for three nights — which is absolutely insane for what you actually get. Here’s what to expect (or not expect) at that price: No linen change during a 2-night stay — you’re using the same sheets from check-in to check-out. Amenities are neglected: the barbecue area is dirty, and outside furniture like tables, chairs, and cups are broken and gathering dust. If you drink American coffee, you're given a plastic cup and a stir stick — but no spoon to scoop the grounds. The toaster looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in centuries. And then there’s the mini-bar situation: €1 for a 500ml bottle of water not even cold €4 for a mini tube of off-brand chips passed off as “Pringles” — not the real thing, and definitely not full-sized. Even being near the racetrack doesn’t justify this kind of pricing. At nearly €700 per night, you’re not getting anything beyond basic cleanliness — and even that stops short of decent service. Final verdict: The towels may be clean, but the experience isn’t worth the price tag. At these rates, you can — and should — find somewhere far better.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. Great place to spend a few days while visiting Imola race circuit.

Beautiful spot right on the edge of Lake Garda. Only 10 seconds walk from front of the hotel to a swim in the lake or a sunbed on the hotel's pebbly beach. Spotless hotel with excellent italian breakfast. The staff were very kind and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

L'hotel è situato nella via dei Colli, praticamente a due passi dalla curva Rivazza dell'autodromo. Michele, il responsabile, è molto cortese.

Un hotel cómodo, sencillo pero con un trato tan agradable que lo envuelve en un encanto. Volveremos por supuesto.

Hotel con un grande potenziale, i ragazzi stanno cercando di lavorarci. Posizione unica per chi va in circuito con possibilità di mangiare al ristorante accanto dove veramente è tutto buono. La struttura è perfettamente climatizzata e all'esterno si può trovare anche un giardino dove rilassarsi. Il tutto però deve avere un seguito di rinnovamento, per chi non ha grandi pretese e per chi si reca in circuito è buono. Io personalmente ci tornerò.

hotel posizionato sulla collina del centro di Imola, posizione strategica per l autodromo, curva della rivazza, a pochi passi dal centro e dal polo lavorativo. gradevole, servizi essenziali presenti.

Logisticamente è stata una scelta assolutamente infelice. L'albergo fuori mano senza nessuna fermata adiacente al fine di raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Camera senza armadio e senza il minimo della comodità.

This is a very reasonable, modest hotel, but the room was immaculately clean and the staff v friendly and helpful. Don't expect luxury, but it was very comfortable and in a great location.
