Oerlikon駅から歩いて２分程度で、買い物や外食には大変便利です。各部屋にキッチンと冷蔵庫が付いており、鍋や食器も揃っているので、毎日料理して食費を浮かせることができました。Wifiも問題ありませんでした。２週間以上の長期滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換は週一回行われていました。地下に共用の洗濯機が4-5台あるので、いつでも洗濯できます。洗濯後に乾かす物干し竿とアイロン、アイロン台も部屋にありました。（タオルは自分で洗うということだと思います。）フロントもないですし、普通のホテルとは違いますので、注意が必要ですが、私にとってはとても快適でした。予約すると、メールが送られてきたので、案内に従って登録して、鍵を得るためのコードをもらいました。事前にこれをしていないと現地で苦労することになります。９月中旬の滞在だったので、暑くも寒くもなく快適でしたが、冷房設備がないので、真夏は暑いかもしれません。大きな道路に面しているので、窓を開けていると騒々しいと思います。

The building has an easy access to the tram No.10, which directly goes to Zurich Station. But the whole building were full with the smell of curry. If you like to stay in a hotel room of Swiss style, I do not recommend this hotel.

アパートメントホテルなので、チェックアウト後、荷物を預けることができない。 フロントがなく、なにかあったときの対応が遅れる。 周辺が若者の溜まり場になっていて、雰囲気が悪い。

鍵を機械で受け取るのですが、暗証番号が何番か、Expediaから通知はありませんでした。「予約番号の下5桁」と現場には書いてありますが、全く違う番号で、電話で問い合わせて分かりました。 東アジア〜中東系の利用が多いようです。部屋の中はカレーの匂いで充満していました。 電子レンジと冷蔵庫の中は、汚いというまでもないですが、使う気にはなれませんでした。 一般的なホテルに比べて安いのですが、安いだけのことはあります。

The location is convenient as it is next to the railway station. However, I didn’t find the stay very comfortable. The mattress was quite hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The room was described as having a garden view, but the window was fixed and covered, so it couldn’t be opened and there was no real view outside. It felt more like a room without a window. There was also a lingering cooking smell in the room, possibly from food prepared by a previous guest, which made the room feel less fresh. Because the property is next to the railway station, it was quite noisy. I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing stay or a city break. However, if you just need a place to sleep after a busy day of travelling and plan to leave the next morning, it serves that purpose.

As a student traveller, I have never left a bad review on a budget hotel before HOWEVER, the key to the apartment did not work and we had to change rooms, there was no reception, the building itself was dirty and ill taken care of, our rooms kitchen and tv was not functional but most importantly if you happen to love the sound of trains passing by nonstop at every hour of the day and night right out your window then this is the hotel for you. I will say however that the bed was clean and comfortable which I was very aware of since I was awake for most of the night. Also it is 1h walk away from the city center and we had to rely on the tram system (which was genuinely excellent). Overall 10 out of 10 would not recommend 👍

Mi experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante debido a la cantidad de inconvenientes que encontré desde mi llegada. El proceso de recepción fue muy deficiente. El alojamiento utiliza un sistema de auto check-in que, en mi caso, simplemente no funcionó. Después de varios intentos y de perder tiempo tratando de resolver la situación, fue necesario que se presentara una persona responsable para poder acceder al apartamento. Durante toda mi estancia, los ascensores de la torre (de 12 pisos) estuvieron fuera de servicio, lo que hizo muy incómodo entrar y salir del edificio, especialmente al tener que subir y bajar por las escaleras. En cuanto al apartamento, las condiciones tampoco fueron satisfactorias. No contaba con aire acondicionado ni siquiera con abanicos, por lo que el calor era bastante incómodo. Además, el baño tenía problemas importantes: no funcionaba la luz y la bañera no tenía cortina, lo que hacía su uso poco práctico. En general, la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. Considero que estos problemas deberían resolverse antes de ofrecer el apartamento a nuevos huéspedes.

vi fikk ingen nøkkel ved innsjekking og prøvde å ringe nummeret gitt. Da måtte vi høre på heismusikk i 20 minutter, uten å få noe svar. Da vi sendte melding til nummeret sto det at det ikke var til bruk. Vi sendte også to mails før vi ringte, både til mailen fra den første bekreftelsen (swiss star) og den som ble oppgitt i de senere bekreftelsene (kind of a hotel). Der beskrev vi presist problemet, og fikk etter tre mailutvekslinger (hvorav første svar kom etter nesten en time) kun innsjekkingsnummeret som vi allerede hadde oppgitt at vi hadde, men ikke funket. Den eneste grunnen til at vi kom oss inn var at renholdspersonalet så på ID og ga oss nøklene manuelt. Heisene fungerte ikke, måtte bære bagasje opp åtte etasjer. Hotellet ligger også rett ved toglinjene, og bråkete tog kjører forbi hele natten. Dette var vi naturligvis bevisst, men noe å ta til vurdering at togene lager såpass mye lyd

Great location and a good size . Bed needs replacing (broken slats had been bridged using an ironing board, but that still left a hole on one side of the bed so it was pretty uncomfortable.

Appalling experience. First the check-in didn't work and we had to wait for the most flegmatic staff member to come "help" us by waving his hands and claiming it isn't his problem. But we finally got in after some back-and-forth. Others were not as lucky as they got told their reservations are "cancelled" even if they had proof of their bookings. Then we discovered we had a room in floor 6 and the elevator was broken (as it was for the whole day). The staircases were really dirty with grime and cigarette butts. Then the room itself: it was relatively clean BUT the refrigerator we were promised didn't work BECAUSE THE PLUG COULD NOT BE USED! Several plug outlets were also hanging out of the walls, really safe installations guys. It was unbearably hot in the room and one could not really open the window as there was a direct access to the next room and the nearby station would make sure you will not sleep peacefully. Not recommended at all.

Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, daß bei einem 11 stöckigen Gebäude der Aufzug nicht funktioniert, und das nach Aussage von Dauermietern schon seit langem. Es war auch während der gesamten Zeit niemand zu sehen was auf Reparaturarbeiten hingedeutet hätte. Das Treppenhaus dreckig, die Einrichtung mehr als spartanisch, Abfluss in der Dusche kaum vorhanden......usw,

Beliggenhed perfekt til vores behov - tæt på transport og kort gåafstand til diverse. Rummelig lejlighed til to. Udmærket seng i soveværelset.Men: Sovesofa i stuen var MEGET beskidt- den bør renses af! Prisen okay efter forholdene. Sparsomt med køkkengrej, ingen basis remedier til opvask. Der var et fint strygebræt, men intet strygejern. Ingen bøjler til tøj i skabet- til gengæld et lille tørrestativ at hænge sit tøj på. En af de tre spisebordsstole var meget vakkelvorn- med risiko for at brase sammen hvis man satte sig på den.

Don't book!!! The price is far too much for this room. 1. The key handover box didn't work, after trying several times I received 2 keys and had to find out which is my room. 2. The room has a balcony, but you can't use it as the blinds were closed and stuck and can't be opened. No maintenance at all. 3. Same with the shower, it works only partly. 4. The TV I had to install and fix by myself. 5. It's very loud if you open the door, lot of train traffic. But the location is ok. 6. At least the service hotline was doing fine, they could be reached immediately and helped me. The room was rather clean. I am very disappointed that Expedia offers such a room without checking the "Swiss" quality first. No, more, sorry.

Para todos los latinos que viajen a zurich no les recomiendo esta propiedad a menos que sean estudiantes, el balcón tenia basura, el refrigerador olía horrible y en general el estado del edificio es viejo y sucio.

Quarto ok e com cozinha americana, isso ajuda muito para economizar em refeições. A estação ao lado do prédio facilita muitooo, vale a pena.
