Oerlikon駅から歩いて２分程度で、買い物や外食には大変便利です。各部屋にキッチンと冷蔵庫が付いており、鍋や食器も揃っているので、毎日料理して食費を浮かせることができました。Wifiも問題ありませんでした。２週間以上の長期滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換は週一回行われていました。地下に共用の洗濯機が4-5台あるので、いつでも洗濯できます。洗濯後に乾かす物干し竿とアイロン、アイロン台も部屋にありました。（タオルは自分で洗うということだと思います。）フロントもないですし、普通のホテルとは違いますので、注意が必要ですが、私にとってはとても快適でした。予約すると、メールが送られてきたので、案内に従って登録して、鍵を得るためのコードをもらいました。事前にこれをしていないと現地で苦労することになります。９月中旬の滞在だったので、暑くも寒くもなく快適でしたが、冷房設備がないので、真夏は暑いかもしれません。大きな道路に面しているので、窓を開けていると騒々しいと思います。

The building has an easy access to the tram No.10, which directly goes to Zurich Station. But the whole building were full with the smell of curry. If you like to stay in a hotel room of Swiss style, I do not recommend this hotel.

フロントなどはありません。チェックイン時間24時間前までに何かしらの連絡を取り、事前にチェックインを済ませておく必要があります。 私たちはこれをしなかったので泊まることが出来ず別のホテルを探しました。 なので評価できません。

アパートメントホテルなので、チェックアウト後、荷物を預けることができない。 フロントがなく、なにかあったときの対応が遅れる。 周辺が若者の溜まり場になっていて、雰囲気が悪い。

鍵を機械で受け取るのですが、暗証番号が何番か、Expediaから通知はありませんでした。「予約番号の下5桁」と現場には書いてありますが、全く違う番号で、電話で問い合わせて分かりました。 東アジア〜中東系の利用が多いようです。部屋の中はカレーの匂いで充満していました。 電子レンジと冷蔵庫の中は、汚いというまでもないですが、使う気にはなれませんでした。 一般的なホテルに比べて安いのですが、安いだけのことはあります。

The room is very old and in poor state. There was supposedly a fridge and a microwave but the plug it was hooked to didn't work so we couldn't make any of it work including some of the lights

Cover of bed is to gentle and whole body is felling down that yours back is more up than head. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. Rest is normal for so low price

I booked an apartment with wi fi and the details to log in were to be available in the room. We searched everything multiple times and nothing w as found. We went out to find some public qi fi and emailed the hotel that the WiFi login details are missing. We received a reply and went back to the apartment. It turned out that those details did not work at all. Very annoying. For me the internet is actually crucial so now I need to find a place with the internet and will not be using the apartment during the night at all. I will be requesting a refund as I did not get what I paid for.

Small, no aircondition. Incredibly hot. (6th Juli). Noisy families (Living there?) Not coming back, you get what you pay for. Very close to Oerlikon station and the Hallenstadion.

Hotellet var meget skummelt og uhyggeligt. Værelset var ligesom en sauna. Vi delte altan med naboen så vi følte os utrygge ved at sove med åbent vindue om natten og det gjorde, at vi kunne ikke engang følte vi kunne lufte ud om dagen når vi var væk. Sengen var i stykker og knirkede hvis man rørte sig det mindste. Køkkenudstyr var snavset. Derudover står der de har faciliteter såsom hårtørrer, hvilket ikke var til stede. Det eneste positive var, at letbanestoppet lå meget tæt på og at der var en coop i nærheden.

Parfaite chambre pour un concert au Hallenstadion. A 3minutes à pieds de la gare et ensuite moins de 10 minutes de la salle de concert. La chambre est propre.

Sehr dreckig und müffelig. Der Hotelgang stinkt, das Zimmer auch. Sehr schlechte Hygiene, nicht geputzte Möbel. Insgesamt kaum auszuhalten im Zimmer. Aufgrund des extremen Gestanks und der schlechten Sauberkeit sollte das Hotel durch das Gesundheitsamt geschlossen werden!

The place was hot, no Ac and very noisy. We were very uncomfortable during our stay. The terrace is accessible by other bldg tenants. No curtains, the room smells bad and have little cockroaches. The hallway smelled rally bad. There’s a kitchen but no sponge or detergent provided should we opt to cook. The price is very expensive considering the experience. The glass door is broken. We couldnt sleep because of the noises. If the glass door was working ok and if they had an AC, the price would be reasonable. The bed is messed up, no extra pillows. Those who want to stay here, see it for yourself. But it is not recommendable. Of all the places I booked through expedia, this is the worst of the worst.
