Despite my late-night flight and early morning checkout, they went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for me. The location is perfect, with tourist attractions and numerous restaurants nearby.

Clean and comfortable room. People were very welcoming and helpful. The place is safe and convenient as a staff was always at the entrance or in a certain room at night. They even gave us bottles of water and helped us go to the airport area.

場所は分かりにくいですが、立地を考えるとまあまあだと思います。非常に便利な位置で便利でした。王宮など見所はたくさんあり値段を考えるといいホテルだと思います。

なんでも質問をすると一生懸命に回答してくれた。 観光の相談をすると最短で回れる様に順番を提案してくれて楽に周れた。 地下鉄などの乗り換えや所要時間などを丁寧に教えていただき間違う事なく予定通り観光ができた。

Conveniently located, at a walking distance from El Prado, shopping, dining and local markets. Excellent neighbourhood. The hotel is quiet and the staff very helpful. The room is pleasantly decorated and impeccable! Very safe place that would recommend to anyone including inexperienced travelers. Last but not least, very affordable for such a great neighbourhood!

I booked a private room with a private bathroom and complimentary water bottles. The place was clean, modern, and had a nice large window. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I think their calmness and patience are among the most valuable qualities in great service. There are good restaurants nearby, and the city is easy to explore on foot. I can’t comment on the TV since I didn’t have time to use it.

The accommodations were simple but very clean. Everything necessary was provided, including shampoo, shower gel, face wipes, water, coffee, tea, and a refrigerator. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downside is the location; cars cannot pull up in front of the building. Maneuvering luggage was a challenge on arrival, but on departure, the taxi they called helped with the luggage.

Very central location and within walking distance to most attractions. Rooms are good size and perfect for solo or double occupancy. Even with the central location, it was quiet at night.

Excellent clean apartment in the centre of Madrid. Walking distance to Sol and Opera metro stations. San Miguel Mercado and Plaza Mayor just around the corner, so plenty of options for food. Although our apartment had a balcony to the street outside, we both slept soundly. Friendly welcoming staff and a daily maid service if required. Would definitely stay again when visiting Madrid.

Nice place

We have stayed last week in Hostal Met Madrid. The room was very clean and well maintained, excellent air condition. The location is very convenient only steps from Mercado San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, also to a few minutes walking distance to Puerta del Sol, Real Palace and Gran Via. Lot of places for.breakfast, lunch and dinner round it.The rooms are small but to me enough for our stay, matress could be better too. In general I am very pleased to choose this hostal
