良い点 場所はいろいろアクセスしやすい。 受付は割と親切 空港からは電車で行く場合石畳もあり重い荷物もってホテルまでは大変かも。 アトーチャ駅まで電車で行ってそこからタクシーでも良いかもしれません。私は朝早かったらしたので、空港までの往復はUberとfreenowで移動しました。安全をお金で買うのは大事です。 マドリッド空港からはUber出てます。（空港駐車場が合流場所になります。） 悪い点 壁が薄い 景色は期待できない。 冷蔵庫、セキュリティボックスがない。 SOL駅周囲はひったくり、スリなど非常に多いです。ZARAなど大型店ですらもスリがいます。 日本人はかなり狙われやすいので、ファスナーに鍵をつけていくなど対策をしてからマドリッド行きましょう。 私もSOL駅周辺でひったくられそうになりましたが、鍵をつけてたので防げました。

Location is great, closed to everything that tourists want to visit. Also there is one supermarket on a next street so you can buy drinks and snacks. It would be great if there was a mini bar or refrigerator in a room. Most of the hotel staffs are friendly, some are rude and not helpful. That was very disappointing.

中心部sol に近く4分、プラド美術館にも6分ほど、朝食も付いて、Twin で1泊10,000円以下で、最高です

The location is absolutely ideal. The hotel is pleasant. Rooms are small. The breakfast buffet was good with variety. Staff was very helpful

Great location, friendly staff at the reception. Bathroom towel was dirty. Breakfast could be in better sandard. We were staying on the 5th floor, noticed from the a/c compressors , both inside and outside our room, were so big that no one could ever sleep!

Great location. However, the building and room is quite tired and in need of repair and maintenance. For example the curtails were falling down and difficult to open due to the fact several curtail runners were missing. Also the hairdresser only worked intermittently and was reported a couple of times. The air conditioning needs maintenance. Plus Netflix access would go a miss.

Fabulous hotel, great location... quirky rooms but in a great way, really liked it. We were greeted at hotel reception by the most amazing, friendly man from Syria who was full of great recommendations, tips, advice etc for our stay, he was very helpful and spoke very good English. Lovely stay

Good and reasonably priced hotel located very centrally within a 3 min walk to the Sol metro station and the cosy and busy restaurant and shopping areas. The area felt safe for women. Clean and rather large rooms with everything you needed, except a safety box in the room. Comfy beds. It has a roof top terrace where you can have breakfast when weather allows. Good food and a decent selection on the breakfast buffe for a 2-star hotel. Friendly staff in the breakfast restaurant and reception. The only negative is that it is located on a narrow but rather busy street where a lot of people pass by to bars and restaurants and many people are loud, so it can be quite noisy during evenings and nights if you have a room facing the street. We stayed in March, so guess it can be a lot noiser during the busy season.

Breakfast was good, they offered GF rolls. Front desk day shift was great, pm staff seemed disinterested. Very small counter in bathroom, overall ok. Great location close to restaurants, metro and shopping

Clean room and the renovated large washroom was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and walkable to many tourist spots. Nice roof top terrace. Unfortunately i did not take advantage of the 8 euro buffet breakfast since I was only there for 1 night. I would stay there again.
