良い点 場所はいろいろアクセスしやすい。 受付は割と親切 空港からは電車で行く場合石畳もあり重い荷物もってホテルまでは大変かも。 アトーチャ駅まで電車で行ってそこからタクシーでも良いかもしれません。私は朝早かったらしたので、空港までの往復はUberとfreenowで移動しました。安全をお金で買うのは大事です。 マドリッド空港からはUber出てます。（空港駐車場が合流場所になります。） 悪い点 壁が薄い 景色は期待できない。 冷蔵庫、セキュリティボックスがない。 SOL駅周囲はひったくり、スリなど非常に多いです。ZARAなど大型店ですらもスリがいます。 日本人はかなり狙われやすいので、ファスナーに鍵をつけていくなど対策をしてからマドリッド行きましょう。 私もSOL駅周辺でひったくられそうになりましたが、鍵をつけてたので防げました。

Location is great, closed to everything that tourists want to visit. Also there is one supermarket on a next street so you can buy drinks and snacks. It would be great if there was a mini bar or refrigerator in a room. Most of the hotel staffs are friendly, some are rude and not helpful. That was very disappointing.

中心部sol に近く4分、プラド美術館にも6分ほど、朝食も付いて、Twin で1泊10,000円以下で、最高です

Excelente trato del personal, fueron muy amables y serviciales. El hotel muy céntrico de todo y en adición muy limpio. La única queja fue que el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando en perfectas condiciones. Pero, por lo demás todo bien. Lo recomiendo a otras personas.

It was a really good stay. The hotel is at walking distance from all the places you’d want to see in Madrid Center. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast girl with great energy and attitude and Pilar.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem próximo a Porta do Sol. O atendimento da recepção e equipe do café da manhã foi muito bom. O quarto que fiquei hospedado não era grande, porém muito limpo e organizado. Recomendo o hotel pela localização muito boa e pelo custo benefício de um modo geral. O café da manhã também é bom.

Personal sumamente atento, servicio las 24 horas. Ubicación excele te cerca del centro y Gran via.

The staff was excellent, very happy with everything and the location couldn't be better!

The hotel was quite noisy with people slamming room doors and banging the elevator door. Someone was smoking and it was unpleasant.

Es un hotel excelente y con una decoración cuidada, especial para amantes del teatro o los musicales. El personal de recepción, desayuno y limpieza atentos y muy educados. El trato genial. Seguramente no tiene 4 estrellas porque no hay restaurante, pero las instalaciones están muy bien y el edificio es histórico y digno de ver.

The rooms were small and cramped - keep running into things. The bathroom had a sewer type of smell. The breakfast was nice and the location was excellent. Overall it was not too bad, but I would probably look for something else when I come to Madrid again.

Personal super amable! Uno de los mejores tratos en Madrid! La localización del hotel está súper centrica, a 5 minutos de plaza del Sol. Cerca hay restaurantes locales con comida muy rica y un local de flamenco. El Uber llegó super rápido. Tienen muchos servicios, como consigna de equipaje, postales, tipo de almohada y más. El desayuno no lo pedi por tiempo pero se veía muy rico. Las camas super ricas, el cuarto limpio, tenía puertos usb para cargar celular, el aire acondicionado enfriaba muy bien, no se escucha nada de la calle. Éramos 4 y había toallas suficientes. Volvería definitivamente a quedarme en este hotel.

The location is absolutely ideal. The hotel is pleasant. Rooms are small. The breakfast buffet was good with variety. Staff was very helpful
