5泊大変お世話になりました。とても快適でした。特にオーナーのジョンさん、夫妻はさりげない細やかな気遣いがあり、こちらの要望も全て聞いてもらえました。まるで、ハイアットのような一流ホテルのサービスを受けた心地よさがありました。食事も美味しくて満足でした。また、ジョンさんご夫妻に会いたいと思っています。

We have truly enjoyed our stay at Sejour Mint. Jon and his staff are very helpful, service is great. Good food (try the hot pot and Sukiyaki) , Jon picked us up and dropped off at the bus stop. The room was cozy and the kids loved the Japanese bath. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Sejour Mint. Although there was a mix up with our Expedia reservation, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming in providing us a room. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to the mountain and there are restaurants/bars around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again if we are in Hakuba.

Amazing hosts, you can really tell that all the workers care and want to have a chat with you. Definitely would book again!

The location is good as it's very near to Goryu. if you are heading to Goryu to ski that's very convenient. I rent a car so everything is fine with me in driving distance. Breakfast was included, it was a set, full enough, but not much special about the breakfast. Things are fine if you are looking for a hostel to stay.

Lovely stay the owner and staff are excellent and go above and beyond. Delicious breakfast each morning and close to the ski slopes / shuttle bus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Charming place with incredible staff. Made us feel at home. We missed them immediately after leaving. The location is walking distance to the lifts and some dining options. I would definitely stay there again.

Great,friendly staffs, close to ski field. clean, good price, large rooms. Wifi kept dropping in room, and room was a little bit cold. Staff were amazing ,my son lost his mobile and they found it and post it to Tokyo.

Warm stay in this house, the staff is really helpful and kindess to help us! The meal is also delicious
