The hotel that I stayed at this time was a beautiful room, courteous correspondent staff, a fully equipped parking lot, everything was wonderful. I would like to use it again

The room is basic but didn’t have anything like a hairdryer like most hotels have, the water system made a terrible racket all the while I had to close the bathroom door so I could sleep, also when I booked it offered breakfast it’s the only reason I booked the hotel over other options available so disappointed to be told there is no breakfast offered, the staff were lovely and very helpful.

No heating in the room, o did find a hotel staff by chance who gave me a fan heater. Staff and friends were making noise and talking banging doors out side my room number 12 until 01.45, when I had to have a word. Room basic, but for money okay. But they need to be aware rooms are by their staff room and noise is not acceptable.

The room was of a good condition however a mug was broken and when we tried to get it changed there weren’t any staff members around. The road noise was quite loud from our room and the overall cleanliness of the establishment could’ve been improved.

Quirky hotel... easy check in...comfy bed... value for money.....

Firstly, tried to confirm booking but phone turned off,No heating in the bedroom.One of the cups was cracked & leaked. A larger shower head would be an improvement. On the plus side ,the bed was very comfortable.

To be honest for the price u paid, you can’t really expect much, but id expect the room to have more than 2 sockets. The sockets available were in use- 1 for the lamp and another for the tv. And none to allow me charge my phone etc. Given a 3 star, as I wouldn’t rate this any higher

The Room was very old fashioned, The windows could do with some secondary glazing As the traffic noise even though the night was very loud. The TV would not work as there was not a proper fitting To go in the back of the Tv.

No breakfast but this was explained beforehand. Basic but clean, a bit cold in the room to start with but did warm up. For the low cost I couldn’t complain as it was very near where I wanted to be the next day.

It's cheap and cheerful, perfectly adequate, and pretty good given the price.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, considering the mattress felt like it wouldn't be as was soft and springy. Pleasant room though, for the price. Not as spacious as soom in the pictures (room 12 I think we had) ground floor. Was clean though, with usual kettle and coffee/tea etc. Only judgements are the TV was in the bay window and so not in full view from one side of the bed. When attempting to move the TV and stand, the TV almost fell off. Not sure if isn't properly connected to the stand, so we left it. Needs a look at though. Also,the cable was sellotaped, which affected the picture, with interference. We wasn't there to watch TV, but if going to have one, it's essential it's working. Finally, get a new shower head. Basic stuff. Breakfast availability changed earlier in the week before we arrived, but we were advised and offered a full refund. Not sure if temporary or no longer available. Website descript' still says it is. Finally, fix the wardrobe to the wall. We were only there one night, so didn't use it, but when trying to open it, it would tip towards you off it's already raised level. Risk of injury. Ending on positives, the guy who met us was efficeint and friendly, explaining everything relevant. And, it is a quiet location, on the main road, but no noise at night.

Parking was easy and secure. The staff were pleasent and helpful. I had been inform by email the week before our stay by the hotel that breakfast wouldn't be available.

Was a very nice room

Everything was just lo lovely. The staff friendly and helpful,, the room spotlessly clean and comfy bed.
