The Location was very good. Some small bouls are necessary for having soup, noodle and the like.

ホテルというよりアパートメントなのでキッチンや洗濯機が装備されているのは想像以上に便利。クラクフ本駅から徒歩5分、ショッピングモールが近いのも便利。ただレセプションは一定の時間しか空いておらず、レセプションが閉鎖されている時間に何かあったも対応してもらえない点は宿泊施設として選ぶ際に考慮しておくべき。チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはレセプションの一角に置かせてもらえるがきちんと管理してもらえるわけではなく「何かあっても責任持てない」とのこと。観光客へ部屋を提供している以上もっと融通を利かせてもいいと思う。

駅にもオールドタウンにも近く、ロケーションが良い。自炊も出来るし、朝食サービスもあるので、気分転換になる。部屋も綺麗で、セキュリティやメンテナンスも良く、安心出来る。

私達の部屋には空調が無く、暑い日には窓を開けるしかないが、通りに面していたため、車の騒音がうるさかった。部屋を決める際には空調の有無は必ずチェックするべきだと教わった。 ４日滞在したが、タオルの交換、トイレットペーパーの補充、部屋の掃除は１回も無かった。

Zum Zentrum und Bahnhof, wo sich auch ein Einkaufszentrum befindet, sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Indications très claires pour l’accès à l’appartement. À deux pas de la gare de Glowny et près de la vieille ville de Cracovie (se fait très bien à pied). Arrêt de tramway à proximité. Cuisine équipée des choses de base mais on peut se débrouiller sans problèmes. Seul point pour amélioration: un rideau de douche aurait été apprécié ainsi que des linges à vaisselle

I booked a Superior—1 bedroom—balcony (Air Conditioning) by chance since this room lacked pictures. But it was all good and according to my expectations. The breakfast bag provided arrived between 8 and 9 a.m., a little late for me since it was a business trip. Otherwise, it was all good. I would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Turnau City Aparthotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a short city break. The location was convenient, close to shops, transport, and local attractions. Check-in was a bit tricky at first since there’s no front desk when you arrive, but the staff were very responsive. They replied to emails promptly and were just a phone call away whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Once we got settled in, everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay. A solid choice for anyone looking for a cozy, self-contained stay in the city!

Great location, good communication for remote access. Mattresses were thin and hard, so if you like a firmer place to sleep, then this is your location. I would not oppose returning here.

really nice room and good location. We only needed the curtains to be fully drawn, so it was dark. An extra bedside table and a couple of bedside lamps would be good. A little more cutlery would be desirable. But all in all a good experience and nice with the underground parking.

Bed was very uncomfortable. There were stains on the bed sheet. The toilet seat had hair on it and was not clean

Good, Clean accommodation, however the email instruction was sent to me in Polish to get entry to the hotel. I had requested the email be sent in English - which I never received. Walking to the old town square in the day is fine, but bit much for evening walk home. Not bad stay over all.

location is great easy walk from the train station, check in instructions easy to follow and understand. The only trouble was the light above the unit door was blown the the numbers on the lock box very hard to read even with iphone light on it, apartment was spacious had requested twin bed but the second bed not made up. The door handle to the outdoor patio broken and fell off unable to use and while the map said there was a reception desk in our building there was none I could find to report it. Washing machine does not have dryer function, also of not no microwave in the kitchen or toaster

Decent option not far from old town. Central location near public transport. Clean quiet apartment. Managed to get into venue earlier than normal time.

A brilliant stay and cosy apartment, along a street with a supermarket and a short walk away from the square in Old Town. Had all the necessities for a good stay but didn’t have loo paper so an FYI! Also, can be quite noisy if people above are moving about in the night.

Der Unterkunft war sehr in Ordnung die Location is ät hervorragend alles war sauber allgemein bin ich sehr zufrieden

Very nice apartments- only check in is very problematic and confusing. Check in is weird and short time open- communication needs improvement
