部屋の鍵が昔の穴に入れて回して開ける鍵。なかなか開かず入れなく入ったらまた鍵をかけなくてはならない。充電するためのコンセントは１カ所しかなく、それもテーブルに隠れていて分かりにくい。シャワーは、お湯が出ず、何回か修理してもらいやっと出るが、レバーや蓮の実（お湯の出るところ）がいつ壊れるか分からない。シャンプーが無くなったら補充はしてくれない。日曜日は部屋のクリーニングがお休み！トイレの水は、数回レバーを下げないと出ない。ひどいときは10回以上やっても出なかったときもあった。床はゴミが落ちたまんま、掃除をやった後がない日もあった。泊まったホテルの中では、ワースト3に入るホテル（ロッジ）だった。

急な宿泊にも関わらず、暖かく迎えてくれました。一階がレストランになってて、雰囲気はすごく良かった。部屋はきしむような古い建物だけど、コスパ抜群で全く不自由なし。石鹸はなかったけど。オススメ！ ただし、ヒースロー空港からはタクシーの値段が上がるゾーンに位置するためタクシーで行くと割高。

Good public spaces helpful staff free ample parking . Surprisingly quiet night’s sleep once LHR departures wrong 11pm. Room furniture was a little dated and showing its age but bed comfortable. Good VFM compared with other local hotels.

Colnbrook Lodge was perfect for my stay in everyway. I will stay here again. It ticked all the boxes. Provided me with clean, straighforward accomodation in a fabulous location with ample parking. The staff were super helpful. Access to the accommodation was welcoming. There is a bar and restaurant serving great food that is used by the local population and a bar to get a quick drink. This property catered to all my needs without fuss, has local transport on the doorstep. I cannot speak highly enough of the place. Do not expect 5star but I was delivered exactly what I hoped for and will stay again.

Many overseas visitors do not know the Heathrow area and the bus system is a nightmare to navigate. Transport directions from Heathrow to hotel were not provided which was very unhelpful and contributed to my late arrival. No accommodation was make for late check-ins. I received no response to text messages and phone calls. On arrival I was unable to access my room and following a long wait after midnight, returned to Heathrow and spent the night on a seat outside of Departures in Terminal 4. A procedure to handle late check-ins should be clearly articulated in the booking confirmation. In over 50 years of overseas travel I have never been unable to access a booked room. This was a first.

The room was ok, the location is above a fabulous italian restaurant.the room was tired nothing matched.

The accommodation is in poor condition. The bathroom is tiny. I am small in height and even I struggled to move around in it. The plug sockets are cracked and not useable.

I was a bit disappointed as on arrival I was told there is no breakfast however apart from that i had a pleasant stay.

For £40 on a Saturday night excellent value. Hotel was clean and the Restaurant was very busy with non residents. So food must be good. Hotel could do with a makeover and the shower Pole was broken but overall good value. Plenty of free parking. Not much within walking distance.

The room was small, clean and comfortable. It is over the flight path so noise levels can be loud when windows are open. No fan in the room which was desperately needed for the few days I was there.

Worst property No ac There was a boiler ib room which makes sound continiously generating heat

Nice staff, very basic setup

Not a spot for a good nights sleep. Had to spend the entire night listening to the buiding fire alarm constantly bleeping a fault warning. Showers also need work as broken wall fittings meant had to hold the head the entire time.

Room was adequate, property located very conveniently near to Heathrow terminals. Lovely restaurant attached. For me the accommodation suited, was low cost and to be fair it shows, so I am not complaining. Be aware that the guesthouse sounded like it sits under the flight paths - so if you are bothered by aircraft sound through night, then bring some ear muffs.

Easy self parking & clean room. Good to have a short stay.

I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again.

The pictures are deceiving. The room was without electricity meaning kettle/TV/fridge were unusable and very old. The shower was old and outdated. The room was very small, hardly room between the beds. There was a boiler noise that kept us awake nearly all night long. The restaurant in the same building seemed nice and was well frequented. The only plus was it was only 10 minutes from the rental car drop off and despite the room/amenities being poor the staff were helpful and sympathetic. Of course the price was very cheap and you get what you pay for.

Basic but plenty of car spaces. There was some mould by the window frame. The restaurant down stairs was lovely.
