部屋の鍵が昔の穴に入れて回して開ける鍵。なかなか開かず入れなく入ったらまた鍵をかけなくてはならない。充電するためのコンセントは１カ所しかなく、それもテーブルに隠れていて分かりにくい。シャワーは、お湯が出ず、何回か修理してもらいやっと出るが、レバーや蓮の実（お湯の出るところ）がいつ壊れるか分からない。シャンプーが無くなったら補充はしてくれない。日曜日は部屋のクリーニングがお休み！トイレの水は、数回レバーを下げないと出ない。ひどいときは10回以上やっても出なかったときもあった。床はゴミが落ちたまんま、掃除をやった後がない日もあった。泊まったホテルの中では、ワースト3に入るホテル（ロッジ）だった。

急な宿泊にも関わらず、暖かく迎えてくれました。一階がレストランになってて、雰囲気はすごく良かった。部屋はきしむような古い建物だけど、コスパ抜群で全く不自由なし。石鹸はなかったけど。オススメ！ ただし、ヒースロー空港からはタクシーの値段が上がるゾーンに位置するためタクシーで行くと割高。

Nice staff, very basic setup

Not a spot for a good nights sleep. Had to spend the entire night listening to the buiding fire alarm constantly bleeping a fault warning. Showers also need work as broken wall fittings meant had to hold the head the entire time.

Room was adequate, property located very conveniently near to Heathrow terminals. Lovely restaurant attached. For me the accommodation suited, was low cost and to be fair it shows, so I am not complaining. Be aware that the guesthouse sounded like it sits under the flight paths - so if you are bothered by aircraft sound through night, then bring some ear muffs.

Easy self parking & clean room. Good to have a short stay.

I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again.

The pictures are deceiving. The room was without electricity meaning kettle/TV/fridge were unusable and very old. The shower was old and outdated. The room was very small, hardly room between the beds. There was a boiler noise that kept us awake nearly all night long. The restaurant in the same building seemed nice and was well frequented. The only plus was it was only 10 minutes from the rental car drop off and despite the room/amenities being poor the staff were helpful and sympathetic. Of course the price was very cheap and you get what you pay for.

Basic but plenty of car spaces. There was some mould by the window frame. The restaurant down stairs was lovely.

Came & left by bus, Heathrow

Good

The radiator was set on maximum but did virtually nothing. The outside noise was.... bad. The milk cartons for the coffee were out of date!! It was a bed for the night and that's it with free parking.

Room dirty. Lock didn’t work. TV didn't work. Light by bed didn't work. Shower head broken. Lots of noise late into the night from restaurant underneath.

Lovely Italuan restaurant. Close to Heathrow.

Good clean room, requires a bit of decoration a paint cover. Shower curtain gets in the way when showing folding door better. Good food and hospitality, staff helpful.

Ok for price

It was exactly what I needed for a long layover. Convenient. Staff was friendly. I actually didn’t mind the airplane noise (they’ve added a sort of second layer window I think? It helped block the sound). Most of the local restaurants had stopped serving food by the time I had arrived, but there was an Indian place 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downside was the fridge in the room wasn’t cold. For the price, will definitely stay there again.
