パーラメント駅の周辺なので、治安の良さと交通の便の良さは間違いありません。 周辺のホテルに比べてリーズナブルですが、環境を考慮したシンプルなサービスをしているだけで、清潔さ、スタッフの対応も上場。強いて言えばネスプレッソマシーンに対応できない紅茶の茶葉が置いてあるぐらいです。

Clean, quiet, and attentive staff. And there’s a coffee machine in the room which is always appreciated. I would stay again if I’m in Ottawa.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was attentive and responsive. Coffee in the room is always appreciated. Note: some of the rooms, not mine, are designed so you can see the person in the shower from the room. It may not be ideal if you’re sharing a room with a friend/colleague.

I've stayed here before and would come back again in an instant. Rooms are super clean and the lobby bar / cafe is great (and at much more reasonable prices than other hotels.) Staff is terrific as well. You can't go wrong here.

Really cool hotel in a perfect location. Room amenities were perfectly judged, including perfectly placed device charging and easy to use Chromecast TV. Really funky and cool shower in the best way. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Frukosten var den sämsta jag varit med om på ett hotell. Går endast att köpa den ”över disk”. Utbudet katastrofalt. Åt frukost på annat hotell! Förstår inte hur folk kan vara”lyriska över frukosten”?

This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very clean. Location-wise, it's excellent, everything is within walking distance.

this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

We have used Alt elsewhere. Check in difficult due to limited area to pull cars in to check in and difficulty finding parking.

Employés de la réception ne parlent pas français… inacceptable à Ottawa. Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, on doit aller stationner à 2 coins de rue…
