シャワーの水圧と温度調整が困難なこと以外は、ホテル内の清潔さ、各観光地への交通の利便性は良いと思いました。 通りに面した立地ですが、自動車やバイクの騒音はさほど気にならず、防音も多少はあったため、夜はとても良く眠れました。 ランドリーサービスは有りますが、宿泊者らで自由に洗濯が出来るランドリー施設があれば、より過ごしやすいと感じました。

I heard it’s four star hotel, but in terms of services, I think three star is enough.

Kings Cross駅から地下鉄で一駅，Farringdonから歩いて５分ほど．ロンドンのどこへ行くにも地下鉄に乗れるので便利．ヒースロー空港から１回乗り換えで着ける．ホテルのすぐ近くに小さなスーパーがあり，なんでもそろう．部屋はよく手入れされており，気持ちいい．スリッパにバスローブまであった．しかもそれほど高くない．

新しくはないが清潔でホテルのフロントも親切だった。立地も便利で静か。 タクシーに乗って住所を伝えるとちゃんと分かってもらえる。

Everything was absolutely filthy. The toilet was so dirty that even the toilet lid was dirty. After I asked to clean it, the guy from reception came with some kind of detergent, since apparently the hotel doesn't have permanent cleaning staff. Everything else was also filthy. The bed linens were clearly not clean either, and it was unpleasant to lie down on the bed. The refrigerator smelled terribly, as if someone had died in it. The kettle worked very poorly, and you had to hold the button down for the water to boil. Moths were flying around, so I had to hide my things in my suitcase to avoid bringing them home. The small shower gel and shampoo were only good for one day, and then I had to ask for them at reception each time. Water was also given out once upon check-in. It's unpleasant that for your money you get a dirty room and obvious skimping on guests in everything.

I was only there for a few hours, handy address, decent sized room at a good price. I didn't eat there, but - amazing towels!!

Didn't spend much time in the room, done what it needed to do, window sills were abit dusty, room felt a little dated, shower drain cover was broke, toilet seat was broke, other than that, no issues with room

Near £300 for one night is way over prices for the standard of hotel and room offering. I should have jumped in the premier inn.

Breakfast was overpriced and very poor. Just toast.

Le confort de l’hôtel est assez simple. Ce n’est pas tout à fait ce que j’attends d’un 4 étoiles mais mon séjour s’est tout de même bien déroulé.

Staff were friendly enough although not empowered to resolve issues. Room was vey outdated and smelt of years of people smoking in the room which had seeped into the fabric covered walls. Room lighting was very dim, no doubt caused by the dark wall covering. Carpets severely stained and not vacuumed. Bathroom lighting very poor given there were no windows. Staff refused to change the room as they said were not allowed to make changes.

Great room and the hotel always try to accommodate my request for a bath. It is very much appreciated. Staff a friendly and it’s always clean in a great location for Farringdon. This is always my 1st choice of hotel when I’m in town.

Nous sommes descendus voir le petit déjeuner à 14 livres et là, pfff!.., nous qui voyageons énormément avons vu un petit dej continental sans aucun intérêt . Des gros efforts sont à faire, voir à repenser l’intégralité du petit dej. Pour ce qui est des 4 étoiles notées sur l établissement, une mise à jour est à faire pour en déduire certaines

Camera soddisfacente e ampia, prodotti per toeletta scarsi per due persone, c’era solo un prodotto per tipo e non due. Colazione da migliorare.
