私自身もホテル経営者ですが、全体的に満足のいくものでした。またこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

ホテル周辺にはたくさんの飲食店があります。駐車場も多数あり、ナンバープレートの自動スキャンで出入りもスムーズです。朝食も気に入りました。

スタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。

いつものように、私たちのお気に入りのホテルです。食事の質はコロナ前と比べると少し落ちましたが、全体的にはまだ良かったです。

5月18日から20日にかけて、このホテルで停電が発生し、事前に知らされていなかったため、不快な思いをしたことがあります。停電は、特に閉所恐怖症のパートナーにとって大きな不便をもたらしました。高層階から階段を上らなければならず、食事の選択肢も限られ、息苦しいダイニングエリアで過ごすしかありませんでした。 次回の滞在でも停電が発生することを知り、すぐにホテルに連絡したところ、ペナルティなしでキャンセルできたのでほっとしました。しかし、Travelokaのポリシーでは返金が認められておらず、状況を考えると残念でした。 ホテルはTravelokaやその提携会社にこの予約料金を請求していないため、返金が認められない場合は、手数料のみを請求するか、私がホテル滞在を楽しめる日程に変更する手助けをしてくれることを期待しています。

美しいインフィニティプールを備えた素敵なホテルです。KSLモールの近くという便利な立地です。朝食ビュッフェは混沌としていて、もう少し管理が行き届いていると良いのですが。全体的に良い経験でした。

出張で5泊しました。ホテルの状態と設備は期待以上でした。このクオリティを維持していただければ幸いです。また近いうちに利用させていただきます。

21 階の部屋にはハンド シャワーがあって良かったです。バスルームの残念な点は、シャワーの水圧が低かったことです。シャワー ヘッドを握らないと、入浴はほとんど不可能でした。

It's my 2nd time stay at Holiday Villa for a weekend short trip with my family. Love this hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Aircon not strong. Sweat whole night. 18degrees celcious but feel like 28 degrees. Call room service but nobody pick up. Do better guys.

The carpet is very smelly. The bathtub also not clean. The pricing is not worth with the quality. The only good thing is strategic location. Thanks.

This was my third time staying at Holiday Villa hotel. As per previous stays, it was a good experience. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also ideal, as it is just opposite ksl mall. Just to share that the hotel collects a 100 ringgit deposit prior to check in, which would be returned upon check out.

It was an excellent location as it's a short walking distance to KSL mall. The only issue was the procedure of check in. We had checked in at 2pm as stated but was told the rooms were not ready and to come back an hour later to pick up the keys after registration. When we went back at 3pm, there was a long queue and we were told to queue again even though we have already checked in an hour ago. We have to join the queue with the rest who were just checking in. It just defeated the purpose of checking in at 2pm as stated and had to queue again just for collection of keys.

Pelanyanan reception sangat tidak sopan & kasar, tidak punya sopan santun & kurang ajar.

Not too far from immigration center. Walking distance to Medan Selera food court. Exchange center downstair. Next to ksl mall. Check in is fast even on weekends (tnxs Ms. Wani). Room is big. Breakfast has many options (packed on sun). Overall is worth the money.

It 's disappointing that the mini fridge in Room 2114 isn't working-we bought some food item which needs to be kept in fridge before we leave the following day back to Singapore. Also, the safe cannot be programmed as per instruction manual. Beside that, the rest are good-room/toilet cleanliness, breakfast.
