Good location and many shops behind hotel.

Overall the hotel is good except that the wall is too THIN and I could hear the guy in the other room SNORING.

Bilik luas, selesa, family suka.. Harga berpatutan.. Privacy.. Tenang.. Tiada bising.. Walaupun langsir ada lubang bulat kecil, macam kesan orang cucuh puntung rokok, tapi itu masalah attitude customer..

Stayed at family room number 202 and toilet smell unbearable... can't even could be in less 2mins🙊eventhough cleaners came to rewash it still smells stayed. Room bedding and decor considered well presentable but smells in toilet terrible....crush our stay there.

Lift is under maintenance. 😪 But thanks they provided rm5 x 2 vouchers.

Noisy on the ceiling frequently.

Well, I have been all over the world for holidays and stay in different type of hotels. This time is my first time to meet this kind of receptionist. Terribly disturb the mood of staying in this hotel. All over the world, the hotel allows to extend the time to 1 pm check out but this hotel only allows to check out maximum 12.30 pm. With a very rude way of telling me. Actually I don't mind to pay extra for it, but is because of the rude receptionist, I think the hotel doesn't need to earn extra for it. So what's the point. This is one of the reasons why I will not come back to this hotel anymore because of the service I get from this hotel. Even though, the room is okay. I truly advise that if you don't have a good manner of a receptionist, your business will not grow.

Good experience and very clean room. Worth the money! Got voucher to eat breakfast at I Love Yoo restaurant and it was awesome!

Saya telah upgrade bilik, tapi hotel tak bagi resit yang berdasarkan harga pembelian online, tapi mereka bagi resit berdasarkan harga hotel, Jadi rugi 10 Ringgit Malaisya .

Bilik yang selesa dan bersih serta berdekatan dengan bandar bentong.

Great hotel, will come stay here again if staying at Fraser Hill.
