スタッフと立地が素晴らしい。

歴史ある素晴らしいホテル。 セキュリティもしっかりされていてスタッフも丁寧で親切でした。

スパッカナポリの中心、サンタキアラ教会の近くにあり、大変便利な場所にありめす。 ただ、看板もかなり小さく、見つけることはかなり難しいので、到着時はホテル送迎をオススメ。 大きな扉は、小まめに締まり、宿泊者のみに伝えられた暗証番号で開くため、安全性はかなり高い。 隠れ家的なホテルで、清潔感もあります。 とにかく、賑やかな道に面しているので、レストランもお土産も買いに行くには、便利です。

ナポリ空港に18:00頃到着し、タクシーで宿へ来ました。歴史地区の中心地のようで、初めは入り組んだ細い道、薄暗く落書きだらけの通りに驚きましたが、ホテルの近くには大学があり、人通りが多くレストランやお土産屋さんの立ち並ぶ明るい通りに面していたため、比較的安全そうでした。入口は閉じた緑の大きな門の向こう側にあり、インターホンを押さないと連絡が取れないため分からず、近くのお店の方に教えてもらいました。ホテルから10m程の所に美味しいイタリアンレストランがあります。オススメのお店としてフロントでいくつか教えてもらえました。ホテルの屋上からは屋根を連ねる歴史地区が一望でき、海やベスビオ山、その麓の夜景もとても綺麗に見えました。部屋は広くて快適で、フロントの方はタクシーの手配からレストラン、両替のできるキャッシュコーナー（ホテルの数軒先）の案内までとても丁寧でした。ナポリに行くことがあればまたぜひ利用したいです。

レセプションの対応が良好。館内はとても清潔に保たれている。朝食は質量共に満足。スパッカナポリに位置し（ジェスヌオヴォ教会から徒歩1～2分程度）観光にも便利。地下鉄の駅（トレド、ダンテ）も徒歩圏内。

ここに泊まったから、ナポリを存分に楽しめたと思います。 魅力的なスカッパナポリを存分に楽しめたからです。 でもホテル自身は門を入って奥なので、驚くほど静かです。 歴史を感じる建物を利用してモダンにデザインされた広い素敵なお部屋は、1日中過ごしたくなるほど快適でした。 ホテルのスタッフの方々も、とても親切で心地よい対応をしてくださいました。心から感謝します。ありがとうございました。 日本の方はスカッパナポリの中心で不安を感じるかもしれませんが、全く心配はありません。 とにかくおすすめです！ またナポリに来たら絶対ここに泊まるでしょう。

部屋が、ありませんでした。 仕方がないので、近くのボロ部屋に 宿泊しました。 気分が、ブルーになりました。

教会やレストラン、ショッピングなどに非常に便利な場所にあります。 景色は期待できません。

Executive Suitesに泊まりましたが、とても大きな部屋でとてもよかったです。部屋の大きさの割りにシャワールームが小さかったのがネックでしたが。

Great location and fabulous staff! The room had couple of idiosyncrasies. The floor had a bump from leaking shower, and the toilet seat was loose.

Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely & very helpful but the facilities were well below what you might expect for a 4 star hotel. Beds were rock solid - this wasn't a preference thing, it literally felt like we were sleeping on a block of wood. Breakfast choices were limited. Coffee making facilities were in the hallway. Showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold. Hugely expensive for what it was and glad it was only one night.

Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. The entrance to the hotel is gated and accessed by code after hours, adding to safety. Plenty of old world charm with modern convenience and safety.

The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. This hotel ideally situated in Naples historic centre and within easy walking distance to all attractions.

Great two night stay in the heart of Naples. Modern bedroom and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast. Good service from all staff, especially those on the front desk who catered for our every need. Great restaurant recommendations. Great air conditioning as it was very hot in Naples when we stayed. This hotel is truly unique and different, from the entrance doorway and lift to the staircases and outside terrace. It isn't the cheapest hotel, but look no further.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area. Many restaurant options just steps away. The breakfast offered ever morning had great variety and chef cooked eggs how we wanted. The room itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly !

Charming hotel feels like a city Villa with historic furnishings but with all the modern conveniences- they think of everything and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the center—the atmosphere was perfect for Naples and experiencing the culture and people! The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. The rooftop for a for welcome drink was a perfect start!
