Personnel très agréable, accueil parfait et chaleureux, et localisation parfaite en plein dans le quartier Bellecour. Hôtel plutôt calme. Chambre sympathique mais un peu vieillotte, même si c'est ce qui fait son charme, et petite. Literie très dure, à déconseiller aux personnes sensibles du dos.

The breakfast staff and housekeeping were first rate. But that's the only positive things I can say. This was supposedly a 3 star hotel but I would barely give it 2 stars. We booked what was called a "prestige" room but it was far from that. No wi-fi in the room and barely any cellular. I reported that after the 1st night of our 4 night stay but nothing was ever done about it. Most of the furniture in the room looked to be a century old and sourced from consignment stores. The "artwork" was a bizarre hodgepodge of things that didn't match. I cannot give a positive review for this place and will certainly never stay there again. And should the owner protest this review, we made sure to take lots of pictures to document our comments.

酒店位置處於市中心，非常方便，而且可以租用在附近的地下停車場車位，房間很乾淨整潔，早餐質素也不錯，美中不足的是隔音比較較差，晚上很容易聽到旁邊房間開門的聲音

Great boutique hotel in the heart of new Lyon.

Nice local ingredients for breakfast. Lovely croissants and cheeses and yoghurt and pastries. Cook your own softboiled eggs! Staff pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean and bright. Heating /ac system was tricky. Modern, clean bathroom. Nice are of town. Close to Bellecouer!!

Good location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was enjoyable, the food and the breakfast room full of quirky items. I arrived to the hotel with some virus and Orianna was very helpful with researching English speaking doctors. Lyon was on my To see list for a few years and it is as wonderful as I imagined.

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Location was so convenient. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good with quality ingredients. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lyon.

This is the perfect location and a beautiful smaller hotel, highly recommend.

This hotel was in the right place for our needs. We walked through the historic old town and saw everything we wanted without use of a car.
