We had to leave at 6am so no breakfast

Rooms were very clean, looked to be recently remodeled. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Room was clean and remarkably quiet as it was in a very busy area. Close to what we needed.

Yes parking was easy and convenient. All staff were excellent. Atmosphere was great and located close to walking areas

Las habitaciones están en muy buen estado, amplias, limpias y el servicio es muy bueno, solo hay un pero, es sumamente ruidoso, el casino de la plata baja genera demasiada contaminación sónica, dormir no es lo mejor.

The hotel is quirky and different. The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom and shower. A let down that there was no good water pressure. The area around is a bit sketchy but they had a locked parking area

Only good for one night

Very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and size of the room...looks to have been recently renovated. A delightful hotel in a great area of downtown close to all the shopping. But most of all the service was amazing...all the staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever our needs were. Definitely will be staying here again when we are up this way.

Comfortable

Luckys is an old hotel and casino that was bought and remodeled by the same company that owns the Fiesta casinos in Costa Rica.. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. Diego, the hotel manager was very helpful with all my needs. Beautiful place. I’m not a gambler so I cannot speak for the casino but the hotel is very nice.

Muy buen servicio

El personal de recepción sumamente amable, lo mismo del restaurante, la habitación (25) remodelada, espaciosa, cama confortable todo perfecto, lo único no tan cómodo es que es esquinera y si se percibe un poco de ruido externo pero realmente no opaca el buen servicio y calidad recibida.
