スペイン語は、全く話せない自分達にも真摯に対応してくれた。銀行ATMでトラブルが発生した時も、頼んだら一緒に行き解決してくれた。施設は古いようだが、手入れは行き届いている。スタッフは、フロントもデスクも超最高。また、来たら絶対に泊まる。ロケーションも非常に良い。

This hotel is located in the central, and close to everything. Many restaurants and coffee around. Staff were friendly.

部屋のキーのトラブルの対処が時間がかかり、滞在中、不便な思いをした。スタッフの対応も良いとは言えず、帰りの空港までのシャトルバスもリクエスト下にも関わらず、予約されてなかった。30分待って、止むを得ず、急遽、タクシーで空港に向かい、飛行機に間に合った。

何処に行くにも行きやすく、近くに様々なレストランもあり利便性が良い。ホテルの従業員の方々もフレンドリーで好感がもてた。

Cumpre bem as necessidades e otimo café

Localização excelente, com pontos turísticos próximos, assim como mercados e restaurantes. Um ponto ruim foi o Wi-Fi, que oscilava bastante e não funcionava corretamente. Café da manhã simples porém completo. Em suma, foi uma estadia agradável e me hospedaria novamente nesse mesmo lugar.

O QUARTO PERFEITO MAS O BANHEIRO TINHA VAZAMENTO DO BOX PARA O PISO DO BANHEIRO E DO QUARTO. E O BOX NÃO TINHA PORTA DE BLINDEX COMPLETA . ERA UMA CONFECÇÃO DIFERENTE .

Hotel sujo, deixando a desejar em todos os sentidos, nao indico

Bom custo benefício, quarto com cama e edredom bem confortáveis, hotel tem estrutura aceitável pelo preço que cobra. Apenas o café da manhã não era dos melhores mas entrega o suficiente para realizar uma refeição.

Café da manhã bom, localização boa, com acesso a pé em boa parte dos pontos turísticos.

instalações do banheiro ruim, com vazamentos demasiados , e a região a noite com muitos pedintes, mas sei que não é culpa do hotel, mas sim, por ser um lugar central; Atendimento pessoal muito bom

Tråkig frukost med alldeles för mycket sötsaker annars ett helt ok boende med tanke på service, rum och renlighet.

It's good location but the streets around are dirty garbage collection bins are not used people throw the garbage around them. Many many homeless people sleeping on the street bad street light. I did not feel unsafe but my parter did. The hotel is old but kept clen the ac worked in the room but the fan was not able to swing. When we arrived no conditioner in the bathroom and we asked but the staff could not help until next day. The parking is across the main entrance is US $ 15 per night. It is at the 4th level and if you are not comfortable driving in thight curves and dark spaces you might need to ask for help. You could park on the street but is at risk. The breakfast buffet is amazingly good is all worthwhile to pay the extra. So yes is a good hotel to stay. Is Montevideo that disappointed me dirty gafity not clean. Sorry Tony sorry
