Mala experiencia, no funcionaba la tele, ni el microondas y el edificio era muy viejo, aunque si que es verdad que la zona del apartamento estaba mejor. Caro lo pagado para el servicio prestado.

As this was an apartment with no reception, I noticed that there were no instructions as to where to pick up they key from. I contacted Expedia at the last minute and they notified me that I needed to visit an office about 300 yards away in a diff street. Not a great start. To be fair its a great location and nice enough apartment. The weather in Valencia was however stifling and there was no air conditioning in the downstairs area, which was torture. Also, I need to work for a period of the day so access to wifi was critical. I asked Expedia to confirm this and they said there was wifi. It was however pitiful and it took minutes to load up a very basic web page, so I had to leave the apartment to find a cafe with wifi. Bad point #2. I emailed the management company on both points but didn't hear anything back. Nice little terrace outside the upstairs area of the flat was very welcome for some fresh air.

Tivemos que cancelar. São apartamentos numa rua. Tinha que tocar a campainha, mas ninguém atendeu. Ficamos horas tentando contato com o telefone da reserva, mas a caixa de mensagem estava cheia. Depois de ligarmos para o hoteis.com e esperarmos mais de três horas, nos disseram que tínhamos que pegar a chave do ap num outro endereço e que tinham me avisado isso por email. Tivemos que procurar o endereço e quando achamos, disseram que não tínhamos reserva. Depois de entrar e em contato com o hoteis.com, acharam nossa reserva, mas disseram que nosso ap estava ocupado por outras pessoas. Queriam nos dar como opção outro ap, mais longe do centro. Não aceitamos. Todas as fotos do site nos pareceram falsas, pois não há recepção e nenhum dos serviços mencionados. Ha somente um minúsculo escritório que abre a partir das 14h, e sem nenhuma estrutura e muita desorganização, administra aos particulares
