立地の割には部屋も広く清潔感がありました。また泊まりたいホテルの一つです。

The hotel is situated very close to the railway station. My room was large with beautiful furniture but it was dark and depressing.

Habitué de l'établissement, toujours satisfait ! Tout commence par l'accueil impeccable d'Albina. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'hôtel est proche de tout (Lac, restaurant, jet d'eau, gare..). Pour un excellent séjour Je recommande !

A equipe é gentil e prestativa. Muitos falavam portugues. Fui ajudado com uma entrega feita ao hotel (que guardaram para mim por 1 semana). A localização é excelente. Fiquei em um quarto com linda vista para o rio no quinto andar e a equipe me concedeu um late checkout para 15h sem taxa extra.

Room category has changed and 33% price increase for room with lake view. No information from hotel after booking when asking for same room as 2 months ago. 2 lights close to beds didn’t work. At breakfast too much plastic and Glas waste. However, Team is smart, competent and guest focused. Was my 3rd stay at The Ambassador and the last one.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location is good. The reception is very helpful and nice. The river view is beautiful. I can see the sun rise in the morning.

The Ambassador has a prize location and is an excellent property. But it has a problem with its east-facing rooms which look out on a street with a nightclub. Which closes as 8am. There's noise all night. Patrons exit to smoke and shout right under the hotel. Reception staff admitted many guests have complained to no avail. In Geneva, of all places, the hotel management should raise it with the local authorities. Swiss rules exist to put a stop to this nuisance.

Wonderful hotel for short stays. They need to improve their breakfast offerings.

Fantastic location and excellent service! The staff were great and location was perfect. Limited parking available if you have a car so ensure you call ahead of time if you need a larger parking space.

The staff is very attentive. The location is central and close to all the major sites. Tourists qualify for the curly pass and can travel free on the public transportation. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay with nice breakfast & service. But, crazy shower arrangement that floods the bathroom floor & all counters etc each time you use it. The bathroom is small and has this raised super slippery bathtub .. scary. But by far the scariest is the check in & out. You can have your credit card PHOTOCOPIED or pay cash up front. Or basically risk having your card compromised or take a chance with SF750 CASH in your pocket on the way to the hotel. The solution seems simple Credit Card Hold! Could it be this option has not reached the banking capital of the world..?
