できて間もないホテルのため綺麗で、家族経営のためとてもアットホームで親切な宿でした。 駅まで自ら迎えに来てくれたり、マチュピチュに行く前に水筒にお茶を入れてくれたりと、細やかな親切が嬉しかったです。 川沿いの部屋だったので、景色も良かったです。 お勧めされたイタリアンのお店も美味しかったです。

Local simples. Quarto simples sem amenjdades- frigobar, ventilador. Fazia calor tambem. Nao forneciam mais travasseiros. Toalhas rasgadas. Alguns funcionarios muito educados e prestativos, outros com certa resistencia no atendimento. Cafe da manha excelente

Não peça para o pessoal da portaria chamar táxi nem para te acordar muito cedo. Eles são atrapalhados, ou seja, se você pedir para a pessoa de um turno, ele jamais vai passar essa informação para a pessoa do turno seguinte. Café terrivelmente forte. Ponha um pouco de café e muito leite ou muita água quente conforme o caso. Localização boa.

Practico y conveniente sin lujos, ventanas anti ruidos, asi que silencioso y sin frio

La ubicación definitivamente es lo único que tienen, por lo demás nada que rescatar, habitación húmeda, mal cuidada, personal con cero servicio, mal olor en la habitación, desagüe del baño dañado, cortina que dividía la ducha no lo alcanzaba a cubrir x lo que después de bañarse era una laguna, el lavamanos se tapaba, camas viejas y desgastados los colchones no se puede descansar.

Todo, muy bien, para mi excelente ubicacion, ojalá sigan en ese ritmo, voy a recomendarlos

I have been at this hotel several times; every time we have the same suggestion: VENTILATION IS NEEDED. THERE IS MOLD IN SOME BATHROOMS. WINDOWS AND DOORS NEED TO BE OPEN ONCE PEOPLE LEAVES.

This hotel is a compete ripoff. I booked this hotel for a friend. When I went with them to check in, they said they did not get my reservation in time so the hotel was already fully booked. They instead sent us to another hotel around the corner which smelled like a sewer and was uninhabitable, not to mention the size of a shoe box and almost impossible to walk around the room. I went back to the hotel and gave them the key and requested a refund which they said was impossible. I requested the front desk person to call Expedia so I could talk to them and she refused. She also refused to provide her name and was very nasty. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Lovely courtyard. The only problem was a bad smell from the bathroom sometimes...from the floor vents.

Hotel agradável, com boa localização e atendimento. O café da manhã foi além do que eu esperava e atendeu em 100% à necessidade. Tem uma estrutura muito charmosa e confortável.

Good hote but the hotel was trying to charge me 5% because they said I made my reservation using a different website that is not expedia. I wasted time trying to solve this issued and even contacted Expedia but this hotel chose to ignore any way of proof and insisted I owed them 5% for reserving from a different site and they said it was my fault.. yup they blamed me!

El hotel se encuentra en donde inicia el centro histórico de Cuzco, el personal es muy amable y las instalaciones un poco viejas, pero como es el centro histórico lo vale

It’s better than my expectation. Hotel has a beautiful garden and the breakfast is generous. Room is clean with hairdryer and heating equipment.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht leider nur sehr wenig Englisch. Ein Problem mit dem auf dem Zimmer befindlichen (nicht funktionierenden) Safe war, aufgrund der Sprachbarriere, leider nicht zu klären. Allerdings ist unser Zimmer sehr günstig. Das lässt den ein oder andere über die oben genannten Probleme vielleicht hinweg sehen.

3nights stay with terrible smell of the bathroom, also I just know when arrive that I’ve to check out at 9am! Too early for my last night.
