配色の素敵なデザインルームと、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応が好印象だった

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。施設は清潔。部屋は通りに面しているけど、防音がしっかりしていて夜も静かでした。朝食は様々なメニューから選ぶことができ、どれも美味しかった。素敵な1日を始めるのにふさわしい朝食でした。

There was someone's hair left on the shampoo bottle. Except for that we enjoyed staying there. The rooftop terrace is especially great.

インスタを見て気に入り、8泊宿泊しました。 ●セーフティボックスが何度トライしても開かないので、来てもらうと前泊者のままに。中からパスポートが出てくる始末。 ●トイレットペーパーが設置されていない日があった ●使った食器が交換されていない といった4つ星ホテルではありえないサービスにげんなりした。 レストランやルーフトップは客層もよく、トレンド感もあるし、カフェのビキニはとても美味しかった分、残念。 ここは、宿泊ではなく、ご飯を食べに来るという使い方が良さそうです。

とにかく質問したら何でも答えてる従業員がいて大変助かりました。バーやレストランの情報、会議場への行き方、クリスマスに食べるもの。ロケーションも悪くないです。サグラダファミリアまで二駅、歩いても20分ぐらいでしょうか。繁華街へも数駅です。また使っていいと思いました。ただ、仕事用の机がないのが残念でした。

ホテルの周辺の情報を事細かに教えてくれた。おすすめのレストランなど、ガイドブックに載ってない場所など、丁寧に教えてくれた。

30代の夫婦で4泊しました。 今年オープンしたばかりのホテルのようですが、部屋の造りや家具諸々は非常にシンプルでありながらかなりハイセンスでオシャレです。 フロントの方々は今時の若い方々がやっている感じですが、みなさん感じがとてもよく、対応も非常に迅速にしていただきました。 同じ物件に入っているレストランなども、いかにも若いオシャレな人たちが集いそうなお店が並び、素敵だったなぁというのが感想です。 主要な観光どころにも近くの駅から電車で数駅でいけるので、よかったです。

とにかく入り口がわかりずらいです。気のいいおじさんが教えてくれなければ、探し回っていたかもしれません。とにかくおしゃれなホテルです。 私達の部屋は大通りに面していて、外の様子を見れたので良かったです。ただ、もう少し広くて、スーツケースや荷物を置く台がもう少しスペースが欲しかった。スーツケースは床に置いて荷物を広げました。室内は清潔です。 凄く嬉しかったのは、トイレとシャワーブースが分かれていた事。しかもトイレの扉もあって個室になってる。海外のホテルの場合、広い部屋でも必ず、入り口は一緒でシャワーを浴びている人から丸見えのトイレ。これはありがたい。 気になったのは水道水が変な味がする。歯磨きの度に、体に悪い感じがしました。 シャワールームのシャンプー類のにおいがきつい。海外だからしょうがないのかな。予備でシャンプー、トリートメントは持っていっていたけど、石鹸、ボディーソープは持っていってなかったから、仕方なしに使っていました。 あと、ごみ箱がトイレにしかなかったので、部屋用に1個欲しかったかな。 立地は、空港からバスターミナルに到着して歩いて行きましたが、歩けない距離ではないけれど、荷物を持つとそれなりに大変でした。歩いて6,7分で地下鉄の駅がいくつかあるので、観光するにはそれなりに不便はありません。 サグラダファミリア、カサミラ等、歩ける距離ではありますが、歩いた後に、あぁ、地下鉄使えば良かったと思いました。 朝食は付けなかったのでわかりません。

Lovely hotel, clean , great shower and comfy beds. Included breakfast of fruit, yogurts ( dairy and coconut milk version), numerous pastries , nuts and granola, all types of coffees and teas and an à la carte menu of typical Spanish breakfasts. Attention 7-11 am breakfast BUT sat and sun it’s at 8 am. We were not told the exception. They did offer a take away breakfast for us on our departure day but in the end it was not done. They did scramble and but together something for us. So if you order for next day take away breakfast call when you wake at the 24 hr desk for them to do it in case message not passed on. The spa and water treatments were fabulous. The restaurants were very good in the hotel. Location was great !

An absolute pleasure to stay at Casa Bonay! What a beautiful welcoming and warm atmosphere. Room was lovely and staff was friendly, helpful and so kind. I will choose this as my go to every time we visit Barcelona!

Great room in a great location in an excellent city.

Amazing that the hotel has a four star rating. The bedroom we were allocated was dreadful. Certainly not good value.

If you’re looking for an authentic Spanish experience, this hotel is a great choice. It’s charming, very clean, and truly captures a classic Spanish vibe. The staff were courteous and attentive, despite a few minor mix ups, they made a genuine effort to make everything right. The lounge bar was especially enjoyable, with a cozy atmosphere and great music that made it a fun place to unwind.

The accommodations were good however the twin bed was unbearable due to the bump in the mattress in the area of the back. This made for very poor sleep for my family member. The location accommodations and overall property was satisfactory. However I strongly suggest they replace the sagging mattress rather than flip it over.

Good vibe and central

This was a cozy place for a short stay in Barcelona. I stayed there with my daughter (12 years old) for 4 nights. On the positive side, it was clean and close to public transport. The room was big enough, although the room was kinda unexpected. The first thing you see when opening the door is the (bathroom) sink. The toilet does not have a sink inside the bathroom, but on the holway of the room. That was a bit unpractical. The furniture was basic, reminded me of my student accomodation and much different from what i expected from a 4 star hotel. It was old and kinda shabby/ shaky. The madrras was ok, but forget hotel pillows or high quality duvees. I thought about my gramas house, that hasn't been refurbished for a decade. The tiles in the room were old and broken in the corners. The room was not cleaned on the last full day before our departure, so the beds, towels not changed. We didn't get ny drinking water on the day either, although that was available the previous days. I wasn't in Barcelona with a kid expecting luxury, but i wonder if this really is a 4 star standard to expect in Barcelona. I cannot assess the rest of the offering, the terrace was closed in february. The breakfast area was more of a internet caffe available to anyone. Everybody was taking advantage of the free internet in there, but not so cosy if you want to go unplugged for a few days...

Really lovely hotel. Great location for walking around. Room was perfect for a long weekend break.
