スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切。施設は清潔。部屋は通りに面しているけど、防音がしっかりしていて夜も静かでした。朝食は様々なメニューから選ぶことができ、どれも美味しかった。素敵な1日を始めるのにふさわしい朝食でした。

There was someone's hair left on the shampoo bottle. Except for that we enjoyed staying there. The rooftop terrace is especially great.

インスタを見て気に入り、8泊宿泊しました。 ●セーフティボックスが何度トライしても開かないので、来てもらうと前泊者のままに。中からパスポートが出てくる始末。 ●トイレットペーパーが設置されていない日があった ●使った食器が交換されていない といった4つ星ホテルではありえないサービスにげんなりした。 レストランやルーフトップは客層もよく、トレンド感もあるし、カフェのビキニはとても美味しかった分、残念。 ここは、宿泊ではなく、ご飯を食べに来るという使い方が良さそうです。

とにかく質問したら何でも答えてる従業員がいて大変助かりました。バーやレストランの情報、会議場への行き方、クリスマスに食べるもの。ロケーションも悪くないです。サグラダファミリアまで二駅、歩いても20分ぐらいでしょうか。繁華街へも数駅です。また使っていいと思いました。ただ、仕事用の机がないのが残念でした。

ホテルの周辺の情報を事細かに教えてくれた。おすすめのレストランなど、ガイドブックに載ってない場所など、丁寧に教えてくれた。

30代の夫婦で4泊しました。 今年オープンしたばかりのホテルのようですが、部屋の造りや家具諸々は非常にシンプルでありながらかなりハイセンスでオシャレです。 フロントの方々は今時の若い方々がやっている感じですが、みなさん感じがとてもよく、対応も非常に迅速にしていただきました。 同じ物件に入っているレストランなども、いかにも若いオシャレな人たちが集いそうなお店が並び、素敵だったなぁというのが感想です。 主要な観光どころにも近くの駅から電車で数駅でいけるので、よかったです。

とにかく入り口がわかりずらいです。気のいいおじさんが教えてくれなければ、探し回っていたかもしれません。とにかくおしゃれなホテルです。 私達の部屋は大通りに面していて、外の様子を見れたので良かったです。ただ、もう少し広くて、スーツケースや荷物を置く台がもう少しスペースが欲しかった。スーツケースは床に置いて荷物を広げました。室内は清潔です。 凄く嬉しかったのは、トイレとシャワーブースが分かれていた事。しかもトイレの扉もあって個室になってる。海外のホテルの場合、広い部屋でも必ず、入り口は一緒でシャワーを浴びている人から丸見えのトイレ。これはありがたい。 気になったのは水道水が変な味がする。歯磨きの度に、体に悪い感じがしました。 シャワールームのシャンプー類のにおいがきつい。海外だからしょうがないのかな。予備でシャンプー、トリートメントは持っていっていたけど、石鹸、ボディーソープは持っていってなかったから、仕方なしに使っていました。 あと、ごみ箱がトイレにしかなかったので、部屋用に1個欲しかったかな。 立地は、空港からバスターミナルに到着して歩いて行きましたが、歩けない距離ではないけれど、荷物を持つとそれなりに大変でした。歩いて6,7分で地下鉄の駅がいくつかあるので、観光するにはそれなりに不便はありません。 サグラダファミリア、カサミラ等、歩ける距離ではありますが、歩いた後に、あぁ、地下鉄使えば良かったと思いました。 朝食は付けなかったのでわかりません。

The restaurant is very stylish.

Casa Bonay was an amazing stay! The room was wonderful, clean and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The hotel itself has a great cafe, restaurant and rooftop bar which was a great perk in addition to being in a great area in Barcelona.

Casa Bonay was everything we could’ve wanted. Place looks amazing Smells amazing and the staff is incredible All the food and coffee on premises is fantastic Location is great as well , close to food , train and city area

100% would not recommended. Small, uncomfortable room no space to even open a suitcase no place to put your toilette bag, the shower was dirty, the sheets were rough and the staff unhelpful. The bed mattress was cheap and very uncomfortable Looks like a place for remote workers and hipster travelers who don’t know better. Who allows a laptop at a nice hotel bar? Never again. Not worth the instagram up charge. The food at the restaurant also made me sick. Shame.

The room was nice, there were three of us on this trip and we booked the Deluxe Triple room. I got the sofa bed and while firm it was still comfortable. The shower stall was nice and large and I liked that the toilet had a sliding door to separate it from the sink. The water pressure was a little weaker than I’m used to but still pretty decent. The room also had a mini fridge, safe, and a hanging rod for your clothes. While the room didn’t come with an iron/ironing board, we just called the front desk and was able to borrow one. The room also came with a full-size hair dryer, bathrobes, and bedroom slippers. Location wise, Casa Bonay is conveniently located to a lot of the tourist spots (we simply walked to Sagrada Família), plus the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The hotel also has multiple dining options. Had an enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

Lovely spot. Stayed just one night but it was perfect. Get a P suite. It’s magic. Really great spot. Front desk people are the best. Good food too.

We found this hotel after being extremely dissatisfied with our original hotel. I must say…it was amazing. High ceilings, very clean, kind staff, spacious, nice amenities, great location. Safe to say we very much enjoyed our time here. They even have beach towels you can borrow too. Only odd thing was the electricity sometimes didn’t work for short periods of time. Otherwise, we LOVED it here.

I loved this hotel. The location was great and the room I stayed in was huge, with a gorgeous separate sitting around and tons of natural light.
